The only matter is the time to enter the accommodation when the staff brought the keys in. A bit too long. Other than that, better than expected The accommodation is better than the picture. Considered to be good at a certain level, worth the price.

Inside the accommodation is very ok. Very private pool But around the night, there are a lot of cockroaches. The contact is very poor. Than to get the key Than to get to the accommodation Service availability is not available at all. And if not calling to ask for details Will not know that the cleaning fee is to be paid with additional deposit There are many employees who make communication unequal.

Very bad! Booking at the time I saw that the pool was booked Paid via transfer already But when it comes to accommodation! The entrance was confusing. Meet the housekeepers. Saying that we booked this house, turned it into an ordinary house with no swimming pool at all! There is only a round tub, claiming that it is Jagutchi. We do not want to stay because the picture is not the cover! That is the first issue 2. The housekeeper came to charge us again. Said that we have not paid in spite of having the proof of transfer - He will collect additional cleaning fees of 900 ฿. Despite the fact that the webpage didn't tell anything (Going to a pool villa, which has never been found to charge more) 3. We make a request for a refund from He told the decision based on the landlord. (Which the owner is a foreigner) Summary! He doesn't return the money! But the app sends us a 400 ฿ coupon instead to use as a discount for the next booking. I think we are very happy! 400 ฿ from losing a few thousand dollars, we decided! Find new accommodation at that time At 5 o'clock then there is a problem with the accommodation. We found a pool villa that is much better at 7k. We do not hesitate to go! Not okay. I found this.
