Good location. Near patong beach (10mins. 🚶). Clean room bed is a bit hard though

Best ever guesthouse I ever stayed. I never could imagine I could get such good room with that range of price. 300 baht is the standard price for Double room with private bathroom and AC. We are lucky to get promo price for 6 nights. Location is strategic if you plan to go explore not just Patong alone. To walk to Patong main area, e.g. Bangla road only takes a 15 minutes. You can even take up their bike rental, which is only 150 baht per day. All motorbikes are in good condition and well-maintained. No breakfast provided but you can find many local food stalls throughout the day till midnight. And there is a 24-hour convenient store just across the street. It's so convenient that you saved more money to explore more places! If I'll be back again, I won't even need to try book other place. (Note: sometimes I love hostel hopping. Just to have different stay experience.) Seriously no regret to stay here! Don't get freak out when you see the small lane to Dream Guesthouse. And don't get too overwhelmed and amazed when you enter the room. (Like us) Tips: Taking minibus from airport is cheaper and it directly sends you to the guesthouse. 180 baht per pax.

Reception staff enough friendly and helpful, location ok but we need to take a walk around 30 minutes to reach Bangla Area which I can say that it was the center and lots of entertainment there, bars and great to spent times at night. Also there was people sell Thai souvenirs and food are nice too, where all of you guest can choose from the lowest price and expensive price for food depend on the budget
