It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. The air conditioning is perfectly cool, which I really liked. It's a shame there's no refrigerator.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is no refrigerator and no complimentary drinking water provided, but this is not a disadvantage for me. I am totally okay with it. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and was satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel

- The AC was still a window-mounted unit and was quite noisy, disturbing our sleep (it had to be replaced with a split AC unit). - The room wasn't soundproof enough; sounds from nearby pubs and entertainment venues were still quite audible.

The hotel is 200m away from the Pattaya Beach and less than 1km from Tiffany Show and Terminal 21. It's literally one of the best affordable hotel in Pattaya with spatious parking area. The room (I stayed) is a double bed with fan (which actually above my expectation, because the fan was extremely cold at night that I need to turn it off). The room itself has huge mirror (like extremely huge).

Highly highly recommended when going to Pattaya and staying at this hotel. The room is clean, comfortable, the toilet has a bidet, the staff is very helpful, access to the beach is very close, only a 5-minute walk, close to sevel, big c and central marina. Overall the bestt bestt bestt😍

The location is quite strategic, close to convenience stores (sevel, big C, terminal 21, fruit market), beach, motorbike rental, bus terminal, and other hits tourist attractions such as sanctuary of truth. The price is quite affordable, the staff is friendly. However, mineral water & coffee / tea are provided in the shared kitchen (not provided in the room).
