Reception team for both check in and check out are sorely lacking in almost every way possible. No logic for the THB1,000 deposit and to make people wait for the refund. Apart from that the room was clean and large. Decent location which is away from the noisy parts of Patong and is a 15 minute walk.

The drainage was choking so it was not maintained properly, it was quite disgusting But I love the floor staff, concierge and housekeeping they were lovely. The best is the massage place!
