The room smells musty, towels are not replaced if not requested, soap is not added if not requested, safe is not used, water cookware is not available, toothbrush is not available, AC is cold but it seems it has not been cleaned for a long time. I stayed 4 days, because it was uncomfortable, Aya checked out early, what made me even more annoyed was, I lost money from my pocket. 100. I don't know who stole it. When I returned from the market, my money was gone, what might be the ghost who stole it. I told this to the receptionist and they defended themselves that their employees could not do it because they had worked for 5 years. Overall less I left the room money, but at that time I forgot. My advice is never to leave any belongings in the room. There are still many hotels around that are better with the same price. The check-out process is almost 30 minutes. frustrating having to wait long. the hallway leading to the hotel is dark, be careful with the hotel hallway at night. Very likely there is jamret. I dare not go out when it's late at night.

What's wrong, there are many problems, why do we have to ask for towels to replace, towels are also the same. Two days are not replaced by new ones. The mattress is really hard every time I wake up, the body feels really sick like being beaten / hit by the residents in the village. The service of the staff is not friendly, gentlemen. Maybe more hopeless in his life. Not even a smile does not speak, for a location that is definitely a strategy because it is not far from the shopping and culinary center, for a really cold air conditioner. There is no electric kettle.

The 3rd time was already there but I was disappointed. The hotel is not like the picture that I can only use the right room only once for the first trip. The second time I was in an awful room, but only one night later I was allowed to change my room. For the third time, I had to spend 4 nights in a room that I didn't book. If I know the room, I will rent another hotel. Not old, not bright enough, without brushes, toothpaste, shower soaps (although I was fussy), the staff said the room was a bit similar, not exactly the same. That's like cheating.

Room is very old. Reality and Photo on app are totally different. The smell on bed sheet was not nice. Room I stayed on Level 8 but lift just can be up to Level 7, I had to use stair to go up. Lift is very small. Just one good point is good wifi.

Initially I was a bit afraid to stay here because of some bad comments. But it turned out the service was good, the staff was friendly, at that time I came in the morning but was able to check in earlier without additional costs. Every day the room is cleaned. all staff are considerate of the guests. The location is close to Pratunam Market. This place is located in an alley but easy to find.

A hotel full of threats at its elevator doors and frightening. You can't also pack in the room if you don't fined 3000 baht later. And the most terrible thing is my lingerie and my friend can disappear! Not recommended for women of this hotel. Hotel rooms but no privacy because we could not refuse rooms to be cleaned. Flush toilet super water saver so it can flush again 10 minutes after use. Really a nightmare for me.

Strategic, close to the market.

Clean hotel, close to pratunam and pratunam mall markets, lots of food places. The friendly people have stayed here many times. only I have no breekfast. but overall is okay.

The reception staff in the morning is quite good and English is good. However, the night reception staff is not good, in terms of English and attitude. bright, neat rooms but lots of little cockroach kids. The hotel clerk was not honest, when I checked out and missed my cellphone charger in the room.

The staff is not friendly when checking out having to wait until the inspection is over even though the surrounding hotels are not like it.

This hotel is really bad, not recommended. It's really small, stuffy, just asking for hot water is not allowed.
