Bad staffs bad rates , no flexibility. There's more places for better rate.

Lots of mosquitos in the lobby and restaurant. Pretty far away from everything but they offer a free shuttle bus at different times during the day.

Budget hotel and provide breakfirst but my whole family did not take breakfirst there as its No variety food provided

Reception Services need to improve about communication.

The hotel is much further than the distance would suggest from the beach and the night market and is a little bit out of the way. However, the free shuttle put on by the hotel is absolutely excellent. It runs frequently and is very prompt, which totally made up for its location. The pool was a little disappointing and not somewhere you would want to sunbathe - largely because the surrounding buildings mean that there is no sun!

It is a average hotel and if you don't care to stay close to the beach, this hotel is one of your budget choice.

The hotel is fine and at the price it's a decent standard, but it is a little too far away from town. I knew this when I booked the hotel having read other reviews and it's not a huge problem, but there are plenty of other hotel options available when you arrive in more convenient locations which is the only reason why I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hotel was pretty nice. Friendly service. Sweet pool. Far from the city, but frequent free shuttle to the city and the beach. The TV was placed inpractically (as in not in the bedroom). Breakfast was boring. I wouldn't call the fitness room a fitness room, there are two machines, a bench and a couple of small weights in a room without AC on the roof.

Nicely away from downtown Hua Hin this newly built hotel surprised us. We enjoyed 5 nights here. The gym is basic but totally functional and has the best temp control I've found in Thailand. It's on the top floor and has a fab air flow from nature that is better than any air con! The pool is ok but we went to the beach on the free shuttle and returned home in the early evening after food and beer in town. Staff are fab and really try in the best way they know to help. Breakfast was freshly made with hot eggs and bacon. If you go with the flow and are not expecting a 5* but remember this is 2* you'll enjoy your stay. Especially the price!

The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the night market n the centre of hua him, the free shuttle bus to the beach is great as it also takes you to the centre if town aswell. Rooms were fine for price no complaints at all. Reception staff very friendly & very helpful also, thank you for making our trip a pleasant one.

It could be better if the hotel was willing to put more effects on their guests. The hotel is located in a local neighborhood. It is far away from all the main attractions a tourist wants to see and do. (2KM from the night market.) The free shuttle runs every 2 hours. It was a pain when your time did not fit the hotel shuttle schedule. The hotel people don't seem to care or accept any changes to their printed schedule (I think we are the only guests there at that night). The room is clean and the breakfast is good. And, the bed is comfortable. If you are looking for a place to relax (no beach), it is the place for you. If you only have a short time, and want to spend more time on the beach and seeing the attractions, look somewhere else.

I stayed with my family and had a good time there. Hotel staffs are friendly with smile and politely. It is convenience and easy to go to the night market and many tourist attractions. We love pool with big slider but the slider is not slippery enough to slide down and the stairs connected to the slider need to be improved because the rust has eaten into the stairs so that we felt unstable when we climbed up. Unfortunately, it rained on the second day of our stay (October 6, 2013.) However, we had a good trip there.

The hotel was very comfortable. Served a better well rounded breakfast then most other 3-star hotels! The best 3-star hotel we stayed in!

It just lacks atmosphere. We were pretty certain we were the only people staying in the hotel as the reception / pool / restaurant were always empty. Felt like a scene out of the film The Shining. The hotel was a little far out from the Center, but they ran a shuttle bus which was handy. The last bus back to the hotel was at 9.30 which was a little inconvenient. The staff were very nice and friendly, English was a little broken, but at the end of the day the hotel is in Thailand not England. Can't complain for the price it cost us. I just woundn't have stayed there any longer than the 3 days that we booked. Nice staff, standard room, just lacks a little atmosphere, if your just looking for a cheap place to rest your head you can't complain.

we chose this hotel just because it had a slide in the pool. we have got three kids aged 5, 3 and 1. We stayed in the deluxe room which was ok, it was new and modern but wasn't spotlessly clean. There was an outdoor balcony area with the room, but this could not be used as there were no chairs and regardless it would have been dangerous for the kids and it was a home to pigeons, so it was covered in bird poo. The shuttle bus was good leaving the hotel, but bad coming back. Standing in the midday sun for half an hour with 3 hot and sweaty children is NOT fun. You can get a tuk tuk back to the hotel for 150 baht. After we complained the pick up service improved. Each time we wanted to return using the shuttle bus we called them 10 mins before. The pool with slides was great for the kids, the pool was clean, but you had to ask the staff to turn the water for the slides on. Staff at reception were nice, helpful and friendly. The wireless internet worked and was free but you had to get an access code from reception, this only seemed to last for two hours, so you had to return to reception each time to get a new one. Eventually we persuaded the reception to give us about 20 codes at a time. Its a shame its a bit out of town, but its only 5/10 mins to town and beach. If I didn't have kids I would not stay here, I would stay close to town within walking distance of the night market and beach and restaurants. If you have kids they will LOVE the pool with slides.

The stay was made pleasent by the staff and their services. In the room ( one double bed and one single bed) we needed more bedside tables and more coat-hangers (only 3!). The balcony would have much better with some chairs or a bench. We stayed for 5 days and the bird droppings on the window and on the balcony were never cleaned. The room also was lacking a safe but they offer one in the reception. The complimentry shuttle bus to and from town was superb, the drivers were allways polite and helpful. The pool with its slide was great but it could have needed a little cleaning and some plants. The staff was great, allways there to help with anything

The room was clean, well sized and nice beds. Bathroom was good as well. The only thing is that it is a bit far from the beach. But they had free shuttle service. Very good. Otherwise this hotel is really recommended.

A value for money accomodation that is set just slightly away from the the main street of Hua Hin. However at its price it is to be expected. Perhaps more ideal as a business hotel rather than a resort as it feels more functional than recreational. I noticed the clientele during my stay were more locals who possibly drive rather than foreigners.

Bra hotell og bra basseng. Avhengig av shuttle buss, som var gratis. Fungerte fint. Drosje var et dyrt alternativ! Lite støy, rolige netter. Litt langt å gå til sentrum og strand.
