Great room. Massive. Bathroom lighting not very bright though. Parts of the building are very tired. The pool area especially. Tape over the cracks in pool glass walls etc. This place has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve ever come across.

1…. Receptionist lied to me upon checking in saying No double rooms available… After saying I wished to cancel a Double room appeared. 2…..No bar open 3…. No restaurant open 4…. No spa open 5…. No Buffet breakfast …. 4 cardboard containers delivered to your room door. 6…. Advertised “ Cable TV” Nothing faintly English or American, All Thai or Chinese 7…… The in room safe not bolted down, I picked it up off the wardrobe floor!!!! Crazy.

Hotel is meant for Chinese tourist coming in load of buses. Very noisy even past midnight Location is far from city, expect to use taxi/grab as no shuttle service being provided Breakfast is too crowded with overnight packed tourists and spread of breakfast very limited cater for Chinese. I have stayed in so many hotels of very high standard to normal and this hotel should only 3 star instead of 4star.
