Wonderful location, very convenient to get around to. Also helpful that one of the major malls is right within the hotel location...basically you can walk into the mall from the hotel lobby side entrance itself. The breakfast had many options. Upon checking that we were vegetarian, their staff went the extra mile and especially ordered some more vegetarian options for the next morning's breakfast which was above and beyond. Thank you for the same!

This is a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located at the Terminal 21 Mall, and next to both the BTS Asoke Station and the MRT Sukhumvit Station. The Concierge and customer facing staff are friendly, respectful, and very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Location: Excellent! 100/10!! The hotel has incredibly easy access to the BTS and Terminal 21 mall. The food court on the 5th floor offers delicious meals at very affordable prices. Pool: Beautiful, with stunning views of the city. Golf: Small but lots of fun! We purchased golf balls for 40 baht each, and the hotel provided the clubs. My son had a great time! Room: The city view was beautiful, and we loved having three beds so everyone could sleep comfortably. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. Room Amenities: 100/10! The room had everything we needed: toothbrushes and toothpaste, a vanity kit, shower cap, hairbrush, and even razors. It also included a microwave, a mini refrigerator, spacious wardrobes, and a large bathroom. As a nice bonus, the room was restocked daily with Coke, Sprite, lemon tea, orange juice, three complimentary snacks, and instant coffee. Overall, it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are excellent and the locations central with immediate access to the train links. I of probably have chosen somewhere else if I had done more research as there is now restaurant and bar and that would have been useful as we were tired when we got there and only a limited room service menu.But cannot fault it otherwise.

Check-in started on a bad note with two very unfriendly staff members. Unfortunately, the room itself was a disaster. There was a persistent bad smell throughout the room and the corridors. The amenities are incredibly dated, including an old toilet seat and highly frustrating, unintuitive electrical switches for the lights and curtains. The absolute worst part of the stay was the shower. Aside from being old, the water temperature constantly fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. I had to continuously adjust the tap just to get a moderate temperature. Do not be fooled by the star rating or the guest ranking here. From now on, I will stick exclusively to established chain hotels where quality control is guaranteed.

Of the roughly 40 Bangkok hotels I’ve stayed at over 30 years, this is by far my favorite. My room was an excellent value: a very comfortable bed with perfect pillows, a fantastic shower with a seated area and consistently hot water, a large desk, a dining table, and a wonderful city view. The internet was fast—at least 40 Mbps—and I appreciated being able to connect my own device to the TV through HDMI. Room service was excellent; the food arrived with every condiment and detail needed. Check-in and checkout were both exceptionally smooth. The bell staff were helpful, and everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly. I did not use the pool or eat in the restaurant, so I can’t comment on those. The location is hard to beat for a luxury stay in central Bangkok. Terminal 21 shopping is directly connected, including convenient currency exchange, and the nearby BTS and MRT connections make it easy to get almost anywhere. Sukhumvit is busy, as expected, but the convenience more than makes up for it. Excellent hotel and outstanding value.

The location was perfect, directly attached to Terminal 21 Sukhumvit with the BTS and MRT just steps away. There are many restaurants, massage and nail salons within walking distanced, as well as a night market across the street. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The amenities include a stove-top, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, water, pop, robes, slippers and personal kits (shaving, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc). The staff were super polite and helpful.

Appreciated the fact that not only did they keep my bags for the day (i had a red-eye flight), but that I was able to take a shower at the sauna before 9:00pm (i am sure my seat mates were happy about that) Short walk to Benchakitti park, which has a great running path (sky bridge allows you to skip busy intersection) Having Terminal 21 and BTS right there is convenient.

Spent 11 days at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 in July 2026. Also here for 5 days in October of 2025. Very impressed with the 5-star service and accommodations. One of the standouts for us is their excellent options for breakfast, well maintained complementary in room snack bar. Courtesy of all the staff from front desk, bellmen, housekeeping, dining and amenities, everyone provided respectful and first-class service. Accessibility to BTS skytrain and Terminal 21 mall is unbeatable! We will definitely come back.

Great location for transportation, shopping, and dining options. Nice room with great amenities. Friendly and customer focused staff who were extremely helpful. On site restaurant is very nice and the pool and other facilities are excellent. My only complaint is the shower never seemed to get hot, plenty of hot water from the sink and the tub water did get hot after a short wait. Maybe a bad mixing valve or badly set scalding protector. All in all a good stay and would visit again.
