There are two drawbacks: 1. There's no elevator, which isn't ideal for those with heavy luggage as you'll have to carry it up to higher floors via the stairs. 2. The pillows are quite high, which might not be suitable for those who prefer lower pillows and could easily cause neck pain. Otherwise, everything else is great. The room is clean and quiet. If you don't mind the pillows and not having to carry heavy luggage up stairs, it's a very good option.

The location is excellent as it is next to Central Hatyai. Room was clean with basic amenities & appliances. Unfortunately, there is no elevator so if you get the room on the 4th floor which is the top floor, you will have to carry all your luggage via the stairs, thus not recommended for old folks.

We are happy for this stay. Room is clean and comfy. If you come in hot season, the air conditioner will not disappoint you. I give 5 stars for clean and location. This hotel is directly facing the big Central Mall. From the balcony, yes - the room got balcony, you are looking to the mall building. Short 3 minutes walk, you already in the mall. Go to G floor, for your foodie stomach of Thailand cuisine. In the night, 400m walk or by grab, you reach the Asean Bazaar Night Market. Overall, stay at this hotel if you want easy access to Hatyai attraction. The reception, speak very little English but still can communicate. The hotel did not have elevator, but still walkable upstairs.

We got the third floor rain forest room. It gave us a very homey feel. Room and the en-suite bathroom was very big. However cleanliness can be improved further as there was a leftover can of beer in the fridge. The door to the balcony was somehow broken and couldn't be locked. Very near to central festival mall, just next street. And it's easy to walk to the nearby asean night bazaar in less than 10 mins. No massage parlour nearby except the one in CFM.

Clean room, wide owner and all kind staff. The Central Department Store and the transportation is not very good. The blinds are not opaque. The light is bright. I will wake up a bit. But overall, it is very good.
