Acceptable room conditions No details in the app, said they have to pay the key deposit, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff said I have to have a 500 baht key deposit and the staff in front of the lobby are not good girls. Speak badly Should improve

I was alarmed by people's reviews of the air conditioner. But praise God got a room where the air conditioner was cold. It is true that there is one staff member who is annoying, like the question, how come I did not buy it here, how come, but if you look at the area, on average there are people talking about it, so be patient, fortunately this is a hotel. So we can quickly run away to avoid the question (it feels like being bullied) with the staff.

The room is clean, not like in the picture that is advertised. The room is old, noisy elevator, up-down time. Very scary. The receptionist doesn't have a good service. The parking lot does not have to find a park on its own. I was not impressed with using the service.

Although not close to the beach but the hotel is located next to the food street, the night market of malin plaza, very convenient for exploring Thai street food, the standard room has everything you need for a holiday & special. pleased that the hotel has a lift that works well, my parents are a bit older but move very easily, the room is tidy every day so clean and clean, I will definitely return when there is a holiday in phuket next.
