*. The ac is leaking, dripping in-front of the bathroom door. Already fixed but still dripping. It caused wet all over the carpet in-front of the bathroom door. *. Front office quite rude when answering the phone. At the first night my wife called & the person answered “I don’t understand what do you want?” then we tried to call again & the person informed that the other person did not able to speak english. *. The hotel did not provide bathroom amenities at all. Not even a dental kit. We should ask. Housekeeper delivered the amenities with sour face (not friendly, look like she’s pissed off) I’m very disappointed with the level of service & I think this is not a Hilton class.
