Hotels.com verified review

Couldn't find the place to begin with, then finally found it and it was like a state agent not a hotel and was shut. Phoned hotels.com and they couldn't get hold of the them either so they had to book me another place. wasted money going around in taxis and roaming charges, and 3 hours of my evening.
