The accommodation was not like a hotel or resort for us and our family of 3 women. When we checked in and got the room, we looked at the room as it was in the picture, but everything looked much older and dirtier. The room had a musty smell. The sink looked like it had never been cleaned. Everything looked dirty. The staff said that they did not give us the room key because they had CCTV cameras all around and guaranteed that no outsider would be able to open our room door. We thought this was a bit strange. Where is the safety?? We left our bags and were going to go out to eat, but we didn't feel good, so we turned around to get our bags and went to a new hotel to sleep. We tried to negotiate and ask for a refund. The owner of the room said that we had checked in for more than an hour and a half and could not refund us, but we did not use the room at all. It was okay, we were willing to lose the money. However, we felt that there was no safety or cleanliness here. Very important if you are looking for staying in this place. The place is like a motel more then a resort and very dirty and I am not sure about how safety is it because they deny to give you the room key, very strange.

ห้อง สภาพห้อง ทุกก็โดยรวมคือดีหมดนะ แต่ไม่ชอบเรื่องกลิ่น มันกลิ่นอับของห้อง กลิ่นอับของผ้าห่ม หมอน เหมือนไม่ได้ระบายอากาศ สรุป เราได้แค่เข้าไปอาบน้ำ และออกมาเลยไม่ได้ค้างคืน เพราะไม่ชอบกลิ่นแบบนี้

The interior is very luxurious, with 2 bottles of water, clean, but no Wifi service and no key to lock the door. have a guard But it's okay at this price. Overall, good, clean, luxurious.

Very good room, good service staff The only downside is that mosquitoes enter the room from any direction, I don't know, I can't find the hole, I don't know if it's because of the power plug hole that plugs into the TV on the ceiling or not. almost can't sleep

The room that I got at first, the plug was plugged in and the light didn't come on, the air conditioner didn't work, so I moved to a new room…. after moving to another room The bathroom is unlikely to ever be flushed. What stains are on the toilet and sink? still like that So I'm not sure if the sheets and pillowcases will change or not. The pillows are flat and older than the pillows at home. a bit old room But the advantage is that the private parking space is below the room, the car is not exposed to the sun and check-in and check-out are convenient, no hassle.

Very beautiful, clean room, with staff coming to receive it, worth more than the price paid, pretty good, but the mattress is a little hard, the sheets and pillows, blankets are not ok. Other than that, great. Decorated very nicely

No receptionist speaks English! It is very difficult to request Taxi, Grab, or room service! Staff very polite, good room! But people need to know English directly to assist guests.
