Holiday Inn BANGKOK, an IHG Hotel

Very good

Very well connected to many malls in the city area. Next to Chit Lom BTS. Walkable to the 3 Siam malls, Platinum, Central World and Big C via the link. Room was very clean. Shower no bath tub. Friendly staff.

Holiday Inn was great! I think it was renovated before so some parts are new and some look dated but maintained. Location wise was awesome with a BTS nearby and a 7-11 for snacks. Service was top notch and the staff were highly pro active in engaging me or helping out

Always my to-go hotel in BKK. Love the room, its accessibility, staff and breakfast spread. The only thing not that great in my recent stay was the plate was not washed cleanly at the Ginger restaurant. When i picked up a new plate at the buffet table, my hand felt something slimy at the bottom of the plate only to realize its some leftover food residue that did not get washed off properly.

Overall my stay was good. Staff was friendly The hotel need to work on cleanliness because a cockroach was found in my room during my stay.

It's convenient, close to my meeting locations. Also, the staff are ever so polite and helpful.

It’s an old hotel but the property still looks good…I got in at night so my checked in was quick and smooth. The staffs were all present. The room is a good size & the bed is comfortable. I also appreciated how they keep the room ac on all day so it was nice coming into the room after a hot day outside. I only wish that the breakfast could be better. It’s the same food everyday. I didn’t use the pool but the pool is right next to the breakfast restaurant and it seems small for a large hotel.. The hotel is right next to Chidlom BTS so that was a plus. If you like shopping there are a lots of shopping malls near by. Overall I was happy with my stay.. I will probably come back again just for the convenience

It's our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Friendly and smiling staffs, convenient location to Bts and shopping area. Good breakfast. There are 2 pillows provided to each guest (soft and firm). I like the pillows and the bed is comfortable. We were given a room very near the main road where the train and the occasional traffic noise can still be heard. The windows are double glazed though. Thank you for allowing us to check in and check out before the check in /check out time. We enjoyed our stay.

As usual. All is good and well within expectations. Nothing will go wrong with Holiday Inn. My most preferred and the only choice in Bangkok with strategic location and BTS station at the door steps.

Pros: The hotel is properly maintained. The rooms have nice Western standards.

I booked a suite room , and am also a gold member with Hotel.com , don’t feel any privilege received from the hotel.

Comfortable hotel. Excellent location. Trains passing by can be a bit noticeable during operating hours.
