The hotel staff is very helpful, when checking out my child left his watch behind, and we moved to a new hotel and remembered, finally we just called the receptionist to confirm that it was missing and it turned out it was there and we went back to the hotel to get the watch. Even though our language skills are limited, the hotel staff is very helpful. Other hotels, if your language is difficult to understand, they are indifferent. Thank you, Royal Hotel. Oh yes, the location is very strategic, in front of a large road and right out there is a Chinese street food town. Above the hotel there is a balcony that is free for hotel residents to enter

This hotel is in a very strategic location in the middle of Chinatown, close to go shopping and enjoy hundreds of street foods, the hotel is very comfortable, the room is clean and the service is very satisfying, I arrived at 12.30 but because the room was ready then I was allowed to check in, wow. Very happy, thank you for the hospitality of the Royal Bangkok staff, will definitely stay here again if I go to Bangkok, very satisfying, cool.

Thank you, the hotel is very comfortable. The area around the hotel is very clean, the corridors are clean and fragrant. The hotel staff are all friendly. The AC is cold, the rooms are spacious. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, otherwise this is a very good hotel.

The location is super ok, there was a last day when they didn't give us new soap and shampoo, and there were no sandals, and if you wanted a room for three people, you were immediately told to add an extra bed, my friends.

It would be great if the carpet could be cleaned further because walking barefoot makes my feet itchy all the time, so I have to wear shoes instead.
