The room is large, clean, price is more than worth, even if the hotel is old Because it's been a long time But everything is still of good quality The bed sheets use the new version, comfortable duvets, comfortable beds near the BTS, near the Asoke junction. Outside the hotel there are plenty of food to sell anywhere. Convenient to stay. The pool is a salt pool. Very clean and beautiful. The fitness room is perfect with a pool view. Breakfast water is ok, tasty and has enough to choose from. Will have a chance to come back.

booking with agent was a good decision. As first time traveler I was worried regarding booking problems we might encounter but everything went smoothly from our airline booking to hotel check in. Hotel Windsor Suite & Convention Hotel was a great choice! it took us long time to find hotel to stay since we consider the price, convenience hotel can offer, and location. Booking with this hotel made me nervous since hotel was 50+ yrs old but it really doesnt show at all. we stayed at Executive Suite room 2709, room was clean well maintained and huge room. With a small living area with tv, with mini bar, with bathroom with bathtub and 2 bathrobes. Bedroom was big with another TV(2 tv one in living area and 1 in bedroon) with very nice view of the city. Maybe hotel is not as good as the expensive five star hotels but its was great for its price considering location was good because its near bts and area is quiet and safe to walk around. Buffet breakfast in 32nd floor was great with lots of choices. everything was great experience! thank you so much Traveloka and Hotel Windsor Suite

A big hotel even though it looks old but still maintained. Breakfast has quite a variety of variations just for the standard taste. There is free delivery to MBK (just one way from the hotel to MBK, you can't vice versa), 2x every day. Around the hotel there is a small bakery, minimarkets and roadside food stalls. The location of the hotel is in the middle between 2 large malls, one of which is Terminal 21, all of which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Super cheap and tasty food in the Food Court Terminal 21 upstairs 👍. It's better to walk because the location of the hotel is in an area that is always jammed. To Erawan or Pratunam it's not too far away by bus / vehicle. The closest BTS is Asok. So if you are from Suvarnabhumi airport you can take the train.

Great hotel, I think very cheap for all this facility. Very large room, clean, with complete room facility : bathtub, bathrob, hairdryer, refrigerator. Delicious and various breakfast. Not to far from MRT station and shopping mall.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean just like on the pictures. The view from the bedroom and common room was spectacular especially during the night. The staff are very accommodating, kind and polite. I highly recommend this hotel. I will surely book here when I visit Thailand again.
