The hotel is very nice, a small hotel, conveniently located right across the Market Village. You can walk across the overpass to buy things. The hotel provides breakfast. (In case of booking including breakfast) There is a swimming pool available. Have a reservation for a car Which is about 5-10 meters away from the hotel. Kind and lovely.

Loved the area! Market across the street for easy shopping plus it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Staff was extremely friendly and the pool was nice and cool for those hot days! Everything was excellent except the grout in the shower needed cleaned. Breakfast was beyond amazing! We would definitely stay here again!!!

A hidden gem older type of hotel, very clean staff excellent, close to everything great for shopping Market Village shopping centre across the road for everything required food court, clothing bargains etc green bus to Hua Hin at front 5 minutes to city. Security cameras to all floors in lobby. Best of all the beach is a 3 min walk a great spot for the family. Great value for money a hidden gem.

This hotel exceeded my expectations based on other reviews. We reserved three deluxe doubles for three nights for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooms were next to each other, comfortable, quiet, clean, and had exceptionally good room lighting (two had a balcony up against a wall with little natural light, one with pool view). The buffet breakfast (included) was delicious and offered many choices (mostly Western: eggs, bacon, quiche, pancakes, fruit, etc) served in a spacious fifth floor room with sea view. Right across from the 4 floor Marketplace Mall, which is why we picked it. There was plenty for the kids to do, see and eat for the 2 days that 3 of us headed out for an all day birding tour. Staff could barely understand English, but were gracious and accommodating.

This hotel came recommended to to me by a friend that had stayed there. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel has a good location. It close to the beach and right across from a big mall. They have added an elevator so that is nice. While the bed was comfortable it was just a basic room. Only 2 towels, no wash cloths, no hot water in the sink for shaving and only very basic room amenities. The buffet breakfast was quite nice considering it was a 3 star hotel. The front desk staff were not as friendly as other hotels I have stayed. When I arrived I was told I did not have a reservation even after showing my Expedia confirmation number. I had to contact Expedia and Expedia had to contact the hotel directly. I rented a motor bike was was not allowed to park it in the shaded parking area instead I was told I park it out front along the busy main road in the sun. While there were good points to the hotel for the price I think I could find a hotel with better services.

I did not find this to be a particularly hospitable place and the staff were not welcoming compared to other Thai hotels I have stayed in. Fortunately, this was a short stay, so I will take this as a lesson to never book a low end budget hotel again. The hotel is accurately rated as 3 stars and doesn't promise much, but it would have been nice to have pillows that weren't dead. They seem to use a lot of room and hallway deodorizer to the extent that I was left feeling nauseous. Breakfast was unappetizing and I didn't bother after the 2nd day, but I was expecting this, so I wasn't surprised. 7-11 type wieners, fried potato, rice and fried eggs were on offer. The small swimming pool seems to have been an afterthought because of the layout, and I suppose its suitable for kids. I didn't use it so it didn't matter. During my stay, they seemed busy and the other guests appeared to be Thai travelers, and elderly foreigners who appear to be on a tight budget. My recommendation is to look around as there are several competitive options in proximity which I found more attractive and welcoming. This place is fine if one is in transit, but I would counsel against staying more than 1 night.

Stayed 2 nights, everything about the hotel was fine, in fact its pretty new so all the decor and facilities are in good condition. Limited facilities as a small hotel but has a nice little pool for a cooling swim and poolside bar. The staff were very helpful whenever I asked for something although English language was a little limited, but not a big issue. Breakfast was adequate, but did let the hotel down. Served from 7.30 to 10.30 but at 9.30 I had the last serve of the thai food and they didn't replenish it. I went at 9 the next day and only one spoonful left of 1 of the 2 local dishes, and again it wasn't replenished. Also no rice or noodles. So a bit disappointing

Around 100 steps to the right will lead you to the beach for sunrise. The room interior and the exterior of the hotel is much more glam compare to the photo given. Delicious english breakfast served by friendly staff. Easy to travel around because beside of the hotel, there's a taxi stand and opposite of the hotel is market village (a shopping mall) Staff english proficiency was sufficient enough to provide you direction, information and social interaction.

My wife, child and I had a great 5 day stay at the White Villa. The best thing about this hotel is that although it is budget, the management keeps plenty of staff to help maintain the rooms in impeccable condition. Cleanliness is way above average. Our air conditioning unit worked perfectly and quickly cooled the room. There was a small balcony in our standard room. Another great amenity is the pool. There a nice shallow end with a jacuzzi and the other end is quite deep mainly for swimming. Although it looks small in the pictures, I was happy to find that it was big enough for a small hotel like the White Villa. The only downside to the pool area is that there are only two sun chairs and a couple of tables and chairs. As for walkable activities, there's a massage store next door and a 7 Eleven convenience store nearby. Also on the private Soi, if you walk all the way down, you'll reach the beach. The downside is the this area of the beach is quite quiet. There are better accesses nearby with more activities. Finally, last but not least, the Market Village shopping mall is literally across the street. It's a truly convenient mall and has it all in terms of shopping and dining. Breakfast at the hotel fell into two categories, on certain days there's a buffet, and others there's a smaller buffet, but your breakfast is cooked a la carte. Just make sure to see if your hotel booking includes breakfast. They'll also let you know when you check in.

Hotel was in a good location,mall directly opposite and beach was literally about a 3 minute walk away. Slight problem with the language barrier as when we arrived at the hotel and said we had booking, they didn't understand us and started quoting us a cheap price than we had already paid, once the confusing had been sorted we then went up to the room to find that a room for 3 people, only had 1 double bed and 2 towels in it. So back down to the reception we go, only to have the language barrier problem again. Overall it is not a bad little hotel but I would not stay for longer than 2/3 nights

The hotel is basic, older style and needing some improvements. Our room faced the main road & the view was the rear of the 7-eleven store and roof. Some of the other rooms face the other way and have sea views. The area is very busy and on the main through road, so noisy. There was no kettle in the room for tea & coffee, and most of the staff speak little or no English, so you cannot get any thing extra out of them. There is no lift to access the rooms, over 4 floors. The beach is good and about 200m walk down a driveway.Very small swimming pool. Hotel was over priced for what it had to offer. We departed early and chose a much better hotel in Cha-am for the same price as this.

Very well kept and clean hotel located close to the Hua Hun beach (a few minutes walk) and across the road from a large shopping centre (the food court and the Tesco supermarket provide many options for lunch). Also, there is a 7-11 convenience store next door. The main disadvatage is the noise from the road and the concerts next to the shopping centre.
