ผมงงกับที่พักมากครับ ผมจองห้องประเภท Deluxe เตียงใหญ่ ห้องใหญ่สุด แต่เอาห้องผมปล่อยให้คนอื่นและให้ผมห้องเล็กเตียงแยกกัน ทั้งที่ในวันจองก่อนเวลาเข้าพักผมเดินทางเข้าไปตรวจห้องและยืนยันห้องที่จะได้เข้าพักด้วยตัวเองตั้งแต่เช้า (8:00น.) ว่าตรงปกตามที่จองมารึป่าว ที่พักก็รับทราบรายการจองแล้ว เห็นหน้ากันแล้วพาผมเดินเข้าไปดูห้องที่จะเข้าพักแล้ว พอกลับมาเข้าพักจริงกลับโดนเปลี่ยนห้องเอาไปให้คนอื่น และห้องใหม่ที่ได้มาก็สเปคต่ำกว่าที่จองไว้ใน App ด้วยครับ ผมขออนุญาตรีวิลตามตรงในฐานะผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากที่พักนะครับ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาปรับปรุงแก้ไขครับ
