Clean room , excellent breakfast , and great location in a safe area off the main street noise. Grab taxi to malls about 1.4 km. Walk to many restaurants , and malls within 10 minutes. Great for family, couples , and solo travellers. Good value for the price.

The room had everything we needed during our two week stay. The bed was comfortable, and the staff happily provided a cotton sheet for nights when the duvet cover was too warm. The Ibis was immaculate! And we were very pleased to have water provided in glass bottles. The only disappointment was that we contacted the Ibis regarding a merino wool sweater that was accidentally left behind during a 4:00 am checkout and they emailed to inform us that housekeeping did not recover the lost item.

For me a solo traveller, as an over night resting stop, it was perfect, the staff and breakfast, etc, were excellent, and I even chise to eat evening meals there too, the only 1 thing, I would change , would be the tv options in the room, apart from that, I would still stay there again.

They charge guests per call to use inroom telephone for any calls. That is ridiculous and no notice posted in room nor mentioned at check in. Also, one month for hotel to return room deposit to credit card is outrageous and unacceptable. Lastly, guests very loud next door baging doors all hours of night. Mold in room around bath door. Shower not cleaned thoroughly. Overall, a subpar low budget property. Ibis in Brussels is much better for the same cost.
