Return trip prior to heading home. This family is so welcoming and kind. Loved my second stay as much as the first time. There is an asian water monitor who lives in the waterway that runs past the accommodation and is impressive to see.

Very welcoming and accomodating. Oil pastels have been used over the smooth cement walls by other guests leaving their mark … very cute! Beach and markets is a short stroll down the path shared with motorcycles.

Great location for volunteering at Soi Dog Foundation, quiet, clean, every facility I required plus Netflix was a bonus. Close to Nai Yang beach which is a lovely location for dinner right on the beach watching the sun go down. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would be very happy to stay here again

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Quiet area and no noise from the airport.

The room itself is very basic, but better than expected for the price. I don't usually write bad reviews but I had to set the record straight on this one. I booked this hotel based on reviews that said they were friendly and helpful. I must have missed something. The two girls I spoke with acted like I was disturbing them by asking questions. I asked for information about a tour, a taxi and money exchange. Each time I was told just go to the beach, you can ask around there. Upon arrival I was given a card with the breakfast hours. In the morning I asked about breakfast and was told there is no breakfast today. The card does not say only available on certain days. The room has a phone, but it doesn't work. I asked one of the girls, she said I could use the phone in reception, but then she wouldn't let me touch the phone, said she had to call for me. Then she said no one answered. As some other reviews stated, there in is a dog and it does bark at night. Just sorry I missed out on the hospitality the other reviews talked about. Also the beach is covered in plastic trash. I was very surprised. This would be an ok place if you just need to rest near the airport, but would not recommend staying as part of a beach vacation.

We were able to check in early which wasn't great. Staff were great and organised a taxi for us to Phuket bus station. Room wasn't nice, spacious, comfortable. Free water daily was a nice touch and the wifi in the rom was good. All in all no complaints and would stay again. Whenever getting a taxi from the airport we walked out of the airport and Turned left to the green and yellow taxi which are much cheaper
