Really lovely spot. Simple, clean and tasteful room, with an ocean view. 5 mins walk to the beach and everything else. Very welcoming and helpful staff. What’s not to like?

This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch of great local restaurants and shops.

I stayed here for about 2.5 weeks. New owner is from Russia. Just a side note, Phuket is the premier location for Russian tourists. The rooms have gone through extensive renovation. Every unit (I had to change rooms mid stay) is cozy and cute. AC works great, hot water is readily available for shower if needed, lots of storage space, Netflix in some rooms, comfy bed and clean linens.
Special thanks to front office staff Jackie and Banky. Housekeeping ladies Daisy and Tong Tong took care of getting me extra coffee or tea. They always asked me if I needed anything since I declined housekeeping services every 4,5 days.
The location is great. There's a Bikram Hot yoga studio at the foot of my studio, Kata beach within 5 minutes walking distance, multiple restaurants within steps. Glad to be back in Phuket post COVID-19 pandemic lockdown and coming back to this property.

It is a very cute place to stay. The elder who takes care of it is very cute, friendly, forgot things, hurry and bring it down Leave the bag as well. I will definitely come back next time.

Stayed here with my wife for a few weeks. Great location just minutes from the restaurants in the area and even closer to the beach. Room was very spacious with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. Kata White Villas is a small, fresh villa for couples or 1 single. The staff is really friendly and sweet. I lived in B1 and I got a wonderful seaview. Be prepared to walk some stairs. Good price for the money (I'm from Norway). I wish I could stay longer.

Mycket trevligt litet ställe med nära till allt av restauranger, strand, etc.
Hotellet har endast ett fåtal bungalows som sitter på en liten sluttning, så det finns inga hissar. Brant uppför och nedför, så den som har problem med knän eller orken kanske ska söka sig någon annanstans.
Lobbyn har begränsat med öppettider, så man känner sig lite som man hyr en stuga själv.
Rummet (2 per bungalow) är väldigt fräscht inrett och sängen riktigt skön. Badrummet känns också väldigt fräscht.
Frukost är basic med några olika val av asiatisk eller västerländskt. Det finns egentligen inga gemensamma utrymmen, utom själva lobbyn (liten) och verandan utanför där man äter frukost.
Det är väldigt lugnt område, trots att det är nära till både restauranger, stranden och andra aktiviteter.
Om man inte räds att klättra lite till sitt boende är detta väldigt trevligt och prisvärt.
