the hotel staff is friendly, and provides airport shuttle service. cleanliness in the lobby and around is quite clean, comfortable and fresh air around. the waiting room is quite spacious. the room is also quite spacious, not too narrow. the bathroom is also quite clean. the cleaning service there is undoubtedly friendly.

The hotel was no cleaning. Jacuzzi is not working. Staff is very rude. They clean but no properly clean. I tried to tell you not clean. She said I only clean one time. I don’t clean second time, but she don’t even clean one time very very, very very bad experience for this day for this hotel I do not recommend for anyone to stay this hotel.

The front desk and all the other workers were very nice to me and helpful. Shout out to Paul that help me with getting me a car take me to my next adventure when I checked out the hotel. He was very nice and attempted to my needs.

First and foremost the staff here are phenomenal, very friendly, extremely helpful, they get you good prices on excursions and transportation if needed. The staff got me a good deal on ringside seats to a muay thai fight and a cab cheaper than grab (the local transportation service) to pattaya ( a long haul trip). However beware, if you get one of the large hotel suites (with the kitchenette and washer/dryer in room) it is not in the main hotel but the hotel behind called euro classic Condominium. The building is very old and although the interiors of the suites are charming, the exteriors and hallways of the hotel look a bit rundown

My husband and I would always walk by this property whenever we’re in Bangkok. We’re so glad that we finally were able to stay at this hotel. It’s within walking distance from the BTS station, Terminal 21, nightlife, night market and dining. You sure have a lot options including fancy day spas…The staffs were awesome especially this young man at the front desk name AAA. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish other hotels have someone like him working at their front desk! We definitely will be coming back the next time we’re in Bangkok:)

The overall experience was good. I would like to have the place polished up a bit more. Example includes the windows were overdue for cleaning from the outside. The bathroom shower could use a trim repaint. However, the overall room itself was great. It had a big space for a loveseat and coffee table. I stayed for two nights in the off season in April. The hotel is located smack dab in middle of bangkok. Specifically off the sukhumvit road.
