A lot of the pictures online are taken professionally and it seems much brighter online. In person, it’s pretty dark even with all the lights on. Lights aren’t the problem, the problem is the smell and how it’s outdated. The smell is musty and the cleaners don’t vacuum the carpets everyday unless you ask them to. We even requested for an air purifier because that smell is VERY STRONG. The hotel looks good in pictures or from afar but l you’ll notice how it’s not updated and eveythings old and worn out. The bed sheets, blanket covers sometimes come stained with yellow spots or dark spots so you’ll have to double check and ask for change. Also the last 2 nights before leaving we had issues with the shower water turning hot and cold and from strong to weak. I only gave 2 star because 2 of the guy staff were actually super nice. Or else I would’ve given this place a 1 star.

Bathroom cabinet was all delaminating and lots of filler from previous repairs. Window iron railing in bathroom chipped and going rusty. Mould on the bottom of the shower door. Room just need a freshen up all over.

The room was very spacious and clean. It seemed a bit old, but staff constantly maintained the cleanliness and replenished waters, towels, sheets and soaps everyday. It was quite the comfy space. There is no city view from the room to speak of, but that wasn't advertised nor is the reason for this location. It is right in the middle of wonderful restaurants,malls, and nightlife.

Lovely staff particularly the receptionist who up graded our room. Booked us in early as we had just moved from the SAMALA their sister hotel. And allowed us to use the SAMALA pool one day. Nice room great value for the price.

I had my comforter dirty then the next day I asked for make my room... When I arrived at my room again, the comforter was just on the other face down, meaning they just tried to "hide" the stains on it. Also almost everyday I killed a small cockroach.

Staff were friendly. Hotel itself is OK. Room was much better then hotel itself. People were complaining in lobby multiple times of condition, smell but honestly I didn't find it to life changing. Location is good. Price was good.

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, 7/11 is walking distance, close to Train services, they make very nice food downstairs and can bring it to your room if you prefer. I’d highly recommend staying here
