Krabi Mukanda Residence

Check in was ok quick and helpful staff. We thought if I paid for a deluxe room it would be better quality (apparently not) it’s on the second floor, cctv in the stairwells but not showing the rooms. The tv did not work as there was no set top box, it had the remote there and cords but someone had taken the box. I asked the reception 10 minutes after check in and it was still early they said they will call someone tomorrow. The king size bed well what can I say kindly about it, it was very hard after 2 hour boat ride from phi phi it was not a great sleep. The pillows were from a single bed and a queen bed they were different lengths and should have been put in the worm farm 10 years ago. Apart from this we did not sleep alone it was like a love biting orgy as the bed bugs were biting both of us. The shower is old not good flow but al least it’s hot, it’s been an hour after check out and my skin is still itching. In summary I could not leave here quick enough, the standard room is nicer than the deluxe the bed is softer.

we booked the room for three people, but they just give one bottle of soap and shampoo there. there is no heater or glass in the room but we can ask from downstairs, sometime the wifi connection is getting problem, but we can use the wifi for lobby. the location of hotel is near to the muslim food but far from the Aonang market where we can buy souvenir
