The staffs were accommodating. The location was very close to Rajamangala Stadium as our main reason visiting Bangkok was to attend GOT7 concert there. It was only one stop away by water taxi. The area was quiet safe to walk around at night, and a few 7-Eleven were located close by. It was easy and quick to order Grab, it was very convenient.

Stayed for 5 nights, informed the staff to clean the room every day. The room was clean and nice, close to The Mall Bangkapi. The amenities in the room were worth the price. They gave us a whole roll of tissue and changed the towels every day. There were 2 bottles of complimentary water per day. It couldn't be any better than this, haha, compared to the room price. If there isn't enough parking in front of the building, the hotel has a parking lot arranged diagonally across from the hotel. There's a V Café downstairs with reasonably priced food and a promotion of buy 1 get 1 free drink. I highly recommend it. Breakfast is also provided.

It is a place to stay in the heart of Surat Thani city. It is very clean and safety is considered okay. The staff at the counter are very good. The cleaning lady is polite and gives good advice. I personally stayed because I had to visit a sick family member, so I booked this hotel as a temporary place to stay until the patient is discharged from the hospital. I chose this hotel because I am confident in its cleanliness and safety from germs. The hotel looks very new. I slept comfortably without any worries.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, the rooms are clean, the drainage is fast, there is a makeup table, wardrobe and sofa, the cleaning staff is cute and enthusiastic, but it is a bit far from the center of Bangkok, there is nothing to eat around.

The hotel is very clean. You can go with just your clothes. The hotel provides all the toiletries. But the only downside is that there is no hair dryer. I'm not sure if the hotel should provide one, but the paper in the bathroom says there is a hair dryer, but the room I got didn't. And the phone didn't work this morning. I was going to call the room service to order some food, but it's okay. Overall, it's good and close to Rajamangala.
