A decent hotel, but didn’t feel quite as nice as the pictures looked. The room was pretty smal, and it was slightly expensive for what you got. The shower was very nice though, and the location is very convenient to walk to attractions.

This place is a gem!! 💎 I love this place. They helped me through a big tattoo piece and took a week. During that time, lucky house focused on me and my personal tattoo as a priority and made sure the room stay air conditioned, clean, and extra towels for accidental ink spill. I personally would not recommend anywhere else, oh almost forgot I felt safe with my belongings in the room... Even when I left jewelry out on the counter. My point is they put you first, try em out !

Need to improve room condition and cleanliness as we check in aircon hasn't worked properly and smell in the room hasn't nice. Bedsheets wasn't in good conditions as your room rate 1800 excluding Breakfast. It has to be more nicer than this

If you happen to stay past your scheduled stay and are late, don’t worry about having to simply pay $20; because they will keep knocking and calling your room until you leave, basically kicking you out, sharp on time. They were so pleasant (I’m being sarcastic).

Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent for Khaosan St and short distance to Grand Palace. Stayed in room with no window which was fine. Suspect it helped cut down on noise from street. Felt safe walking around at night as solo female.

Very small room, literally no place to put your backpaks. Uncomfortable sliding door to bathroom which is hard to move. There are nothing in the room except bed, TV and small nightstand (yes, only one nightstand, there is no room for another, even bed placed right to the wall). No kettle and even table to eat, only metall construction to leave your stuff (room is really small). Lift is so small and weak that it is imposible to use it for two people with backpacks without overloading it. Deposit of 500 baht is required for key. Staff is friendly and welcoming-no questions here. There are plenty of places to stay with far better conditions for same money near Khao san rd.

Terrible experience with hotel administration. Scheduled to stay from March 19th-24th. Had to depart early on March 20th due to international border crossing concerns due to COVID-19 problems. On arrival, we advised our receptionist in the change of our departure and she stated we could follow up with Expedia to pursue any form of refund/etc. We checked out March 20th before 8am with the electronic key we had paid a $500 deposit for. After travelling home, we had to speak to five different Expedia agents, on five different occasions, in order to communicate with the Lucky House department responsible for refunds, etc. Ultimately, I spoke with hotel staff directly over the phone. I explained that our early departure was due to COVID considerations and that the receptionist on our arrival had informed us that we could contact Expedia at a later date to pursue a form of hotel credit, refund, etc. To summarize, I was treated like garbage by the reservation/booking staff. She stated that she did not care that the receptionist gave us incorrect information regarding a refund on arrival. Not only did we not receive any form of apology but I was told that by the agent that since they're "not a 5-star hotel" {a higher level} customer service did not concern them. Little aside, my wife speaks Thai, and we could hear the agents talking trash about us in the background during the phone conversation. I followed up with Expedia afterwards to discuss the exchange.

In view of the amount paid, the hotel met our expectations. The service of all employees is very good and has a great location. The only point to improve is in relation to breakfast, they have only one option so I think it is not worth it to buy breakfast with them.

Good room for the money. Would of liked a kettle in the room as we didn’t have one. Be aware its very small and basic good if you’re there for a short amount of time. Very clean and staff was great. Only issue I had was that I’m a light sleeper and the aircon is very loud which made me wake up a lot. Just to be aware they will ask for 500 baht deposit and 1000 deposit if you have a safe. Overall good hotel and would recommend for backpackers as location is amazing.

Allt var toppen! Superbra standard, bra städat, fina rum, bra vattenstråle i duschen. Kan verkligen inte klaga på nåt! Vi reste som par och kände att khaosan Road var för stökig men som tur var hörde man inget stök in på hotellet. När vi besöker Bangkok igen blir det absolut detta hotellet igen. Vi har även rekommenderat våra vänner som reser om 3 månader.
