The accommodation was clean and spacious, but the swimming pool needs improvement to make it look nicer and suitable for young children. The breakfast was tasty but lacked variety. Freshly brewed coffee would be nice. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

I stayed in room 10A. When I turned on the sink tap, water overflowed from the sink onto the floor, flooding the room. The bidet spray seemed clogged, with only a few holes clearing. The door lock was stiff and wouldn't open; I had to twist it until my hand almost broke after returning from a concert. Luckily, a staff member unlocked it for me. It was the only room with this problem, even though we booked two months in advance. The breakfast was good and tasty, but the portions were a bit small. Overall, it was good, but the problem with the room door needs improvement.
