The hotel is situated in a noisy street, with bars playing music until 2am. There is a bowl of earplugs in the reception so at least they try to do what they can. You only get one room-key, even if you are a couple. The chair in my room consisted of a cheap white garden-chair. The bed was very firm, but it helped a bit that they offer matress toppers. There is a safe in the room, but it doesn't work with the keypad. I had to go to the reception and get a key to open and close the safe with.
