Hotel Metz, instagrammable, beautiful and hygienic, similar to hotels in Japan. Strategic location close to public transportation, both buses and BTS. Walking distance to Pratunam and Platinum markets. What's amazing is the friendliness of the staff, offering breakfast, taxis to the airport, and luggage storage. You must stay here if you go to Bangkok.

The hotel room is a bit dark but very neat, all kinds of towels are super clean. There is free mineral water in the room, refilled daily. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the guy who is on duty at night. We borrowed a scale and he told us to bring it up to the room and then found cardboard boxes to pack our things. The room is right in the center, close to many places, in the alley nearby there are 2 711s and countless foot massage shops that are ok for only 200 baht. Overall, it was a smart decision to book a room here. Next time if I have the opportunity to return to Thailand, I will definitely book a room here again. Many thanks Metz Pratunam Hotel ♥️

During this holiday, I experienced 3 hotels in the same area. But this hotel made me the most satisfied. The staff enthusiastically welcomed us, carried our suitcases for us and brought us welcome drinks. The staff was always friendly and available 24/7 when I needed help. On the day I left, the hotel invited me to enjoy cake and drinks while waiting for a taxi to the airport. The location is convenient for traveling to shopping malls and markets. The room price and quality are the best compared to the hotels I booked during this holiday. I will definitely come back ♥️

the hotel is great, with big room, comfortable bed and located in a great location in Pratunam area but on the quiet side of the market. the staff were nice and helpful, also the room is spotlessly clean. had a very pleasant stay here. definitely will come back. delicious street food is everywhere.

Without exaggeration, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The moment I arrived, the attitude of the bald male receptionist already ruined the mood. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping guests was a burden. His tone and behavior were completely unprofessional, and it’s honestly shocking that someone like that is placed at the front desk. The situation inside the room made everything even worse. I requested housekeeping multiple times, yet the room was never cleaned. No one came, no follow up, nothing. I was already exhausted, and instead of being able to rest, I had to deal with a room that was dirty and poorly maintained. There was no tissue, basic amenities were incomplete, and the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. It got so bad that I eventually had to clean everything myself. I picked up the dirt by hand using tissue, wiped surfaces on my own, and tried to make the room at least usable. Having to clean a hotel room myself because the staff failed to do their job is absolutely unacceptable. Everything about this stay was frustrating. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and zero effort in maintaining the room. I regret choosing this place, and I would never recommend it to anyone. One star is honestly still too generous for this experience.

My first time trying to stay at this hotel. So Far So Good. The hotel staff are all very friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The shower water is very strong and runs well. The room is spacious enough for me who is only with my husband. The location is next to the laundry so you don't need to be confused if you want to do laundry. And also next to a comfortable massage place too. The location is with Pratunam Market, Platinum, and December. 🤍.

During check in and check out, we got complimentary drinks. The room was quite clean, hair dryer was also provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious 👍 the orange juice was fresh 🫶🫶. The location is quite strategic but not noisy either. So far, I'm quite satisfied while staying here 👍. It would be even better if a buggy or shuttle was provided to certain spots 🤭
