The resort is nice with helpful staffs. Cleanliness is not good enough. We found that the table and floor are still dirty after clean up. 3 shuttle bus per day is not enough.

Whilst the hotel isn't at the beach, our room did have a sea view. The hotel provided an on-demand golf buggy transfer to the beach which took about a minute and picked us up when we wanted to come back (so you either need to arrange a time or phone reception for the return journey if you don't want to walk the five minutes back). Modern spacious room with bath and shower. Decent sized balcony (if you have a second floor room, you get direct access to the pool. Pretty good buffet breakfast in the morning. Quiet location.

Cons:- room quality not good.- over priced for this quality compared to other nearby hotels.- bed not comfortable.- bathroom shower water leaks.- air conditioning is old and loud noise.- light goes in room so bright in morning as the bathroom have 2 windows without curtain and kitchen same and both doors of kitchen and bathroom are glass so light comes inside room too much in morning.- room have kitchen but they tell you that you can't use it which doesn't make sense.- they refused to take room deposit in cash and took it with credit card which suppose to be guest option to pay with cash or credit. Pros:- staff are friendly and helpful.- breakfast is good.- pool is good.

All staff are very good service. location not on the beach walk quite a distance Shuttle service is available. delicious breakfast Pool Villa The TV can only watch a few channels. There are only a few essentials in the bathroom. Like the previous guest, used some, but did not add. The tissues are the same. There is a box, but there are less than 10 tissue sheets inside. Not sure if the room is next to the house or not. because I heard the grass cutting since the morning Swimming pool is not clean The walkway from the pool to the room has footprints. quite a lot of dust

Disappointed with the word sea view, far away from the sea. There is a fire, smoke, smoke to smell. The school has special conditions. Collecting 1000 money, doesn't tell the manager. No service mind. Disappointed. The pool has a lot of boisterous water, making it a pool of 2 floors. Other floors have to be used as well. The access to the pool is not good.

The room is dirty with scraps of mag and cockroaches in the bathtub. There are different floors in the room, not suitable for children. The futon bed is very hard, unable to sleep well. The food line is ok but the receptionist should improve the gestures and gestures of the guests. Overall, not very impressed.
