Can't describe the feelings. I feel so amazing with this place , comfort , very nice view. Maybe , next time i hope will be have area mini playground for the kids for make it more complete facility.Highly recommend to stay at here and we will back again too.. when we visit khao yai.

It was a great experience staying here, we’ve been upgraded to a penthouse by paying 3,000 baht, and the room was amazing. It has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful scenery from the balcony.

For a hotel room costing nearly 5,000 THB, the facilities did not meet my expectations. The towel provided was dirty, with a yellowish tint and stains, which was disappointing compared to other hotels I've stayed at, such as one in Pratunam for just 1,200 THB, where the towels were much cleaner. The curtain panel was also malfunctioning, and the AC unit had a note indicating the filter needed changing. Additionally, when I opened the door, there was a sound as if something was stuck at the bottom, which made it seem old or broken. On the positive side, the design of the hotel building was beautiful, the breafast was ok and the staff were very kind. However, the access to the hotel was poor, with insufficient lighting on the road leading to it, and it's quite far from other attractions. For your information, I checked in at 6 p.m., so I believe the staff should have inspected the room beforehand to ensure everything was in proper condition. This room is also not the basic category so I’m really dissapointed about the facilities of the room. Sorry that I didn’t have the photo for the proof because I’m too tired and just want to take a rest, but this is really my personal experience.

I have read reviews about there being an unpleasant smell in the bathroom/toilet, like the smell of the drain is true but you can get rid of it by flushing the toilet a lot, then don't forget to always close the closet/toilet cover and close the bathroom door, especially when you are going to leave/exit the room.. (maybe this could be input for the hotel), apart from that everything is comfortable.. the staff is ready to take you out/around the hotel using hotel transportation

Beautiful resort, friendly staff although many do not understand English but use google translator. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and neatly arranged. The resort feels like living in a royal castle. Complete facilities for children can also play in the virtual reality machine. Staying with family for one night is not enough, will definitely come back again.
