Loved the hotel and staff, easy to walk to restaurants and night market.
Just didn’t like the table-top panel that controlled all lights and outlets in the room, our phones didn’t charge the first night, the next night we kept one wall of outlets “on” and just unplugged the lamps to sleep. We also unknowingly pushed the button to decline housekeeping for the day. A quick tutorial would have been nice. Otherwise great property.

Have stayed before, rooms are huge and comfortable, the only let down is the WC!!! if you are over 6ft you could have trouble as it's placed so close to wall you could bang your knees and your head..
Breakfast costs 290bht and has an excellent selection.
Location is good, perfect for the night market.

Overall I give it a good rating . Start with the positive: friendly staff , great location and they made my check in easy . The negative would be : the rooms and some facilities like pool and gym are a bit tired and in need of some renovation. Because I went during high demand I also paid up for the room. I liked the daily chocolate fondue hour . I think the Swiss should invest some money in upgrades for rooms though, especially since it is their brand. Note that hair conditioner and skin moisturizer is not included . Not a big deal but usually something you get at an upper tier hotel . The complimentary water was appreciated.

From the moment I stepped out of the Taxi and the Doorman took my suitcase and ushered me into the lobby to the time I checked out I was greeted with smiles and warmth and willingness to help if needed. Young man named Bird at the pool area was exceptional with friendly chat and service. Only issues I had and they were dealt with promptly were the shower head malfunctioned and the power to the room went off after couple of days ( no one told me I needed to put a key card in the slot).
