Loved it here! Just under 2 weeks, had a deluxe pool view room, but bathroom was very dark so couldn’t see in the wardrobe... Perfect location for everything (if you do the trips normally you’ll get picked up last and dropped home first) The Thai Boxing Stadium is on site and provided 1-1 Muay Thai training lessons and watch the fighting (do the VIP seating) Pool was clean and always nice temperature, the breakfast was standard and open early so you could eat before any trips! Would definitely recommend!

This property was inexpensive to stay at but I found it to be fine. The boxing gym next door had fight nights on and there wasn't any noise and we were in the part of the hotel directly next door. The only problem was that the air con leaked but after the first night we put the garbage under it to catch the water and then all was ok it only leaked for a short amount of time once each night. We didn't go to breakfast, but happy hour was good. Staff are very friendly. It is about a 15 min easy walk to Juncelyon Bangala Road and the Beach. Would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and i stayed here and we was very disappointed. We immediately noticed the air-conditioning was bad and the toilet wasn't flushing (no water connected) we told the room and they fixed the toilet but said the air-conditioning needs time to work.. i know very well thats not the case but waited anyway, after being told 9 times to wait 15 minutes i complained (had people in and out the room when we just wanted to relax and take a cold shower and enjoy the cool air) they finally change our room to another but that room had a lot of damage in it. I feel i should have not paid for this stay it was horrible. Also for some smart reasons they're growing rice outside the rooms and near the pond/bar restaurant. This brought a massive amount of mosquitoes in the rooms and around the area, you couldn't sit outside and enjoy the seating area. If you like quiet i would avoid it has a tahi kickboxing stadium on its grounds behold half of the rooms. Lucky it was notnin use on a Sunday so we didn't hear anything but its so close you wouldn't get any peace and quiet. The staff was very rude and very unhelpful. They upset my girlfriend too (she is thai, and they was rude to her a few times when trying to resolve the room issue) avoid this place and its bad staff

It is a hotel that has clever angled photos. The reality is not as good as the photos suggest. The hotel is situated far from the beach and the pool is on the edge of a busy parking lot with urban hovels surrounding the property. The rice paddy photos are seasonal. Out of season the property just has mud pits in front of the rooms and throughout the site.

This was a lovely spacious hotel room; it had everything you could possibly need in the room, even umbrellas. We also had a microwave, which was a good addition, my partner and I loved that we were able to warm up our food. On our arrival we did notice some mosquitos. Location was great if you liked Muay Thai, because the boxing ring was literally on the doorstep of the hotel. The hotel was in a great area in terms of shops and street food. The walk to Bangalore road/main shops etc. was a 15-20 minute walk. The only complaint we had was the shower and water in the bathroom not working, a few times we went to have a shower and no water coming out, and when it did it came out it was cold and very slow (no power), we then tested the taps and shower and the same thing happened. We called reception and they sent a repair/maintenance man, not quite sure if we should call him a maintenance man, because he switched the tap on and off and said it was working and left, no water pressure was checked or an attempt to try and fix it. The swimming pool facilities were great and snacks were available to purchase. We did find the deposit fee to be quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand.

The first day we arrived there was no one to help with bags. No lifts and if you are above average in height goodluck with the shower. Breakfast on the first day was shocking had to call the manager and ask if she would be happy if she was eating there. 2 people helping 1 was making omlettes for 10 people. The food buffet was empty and only after complaining did they fill it up. The 2nd day was better but maybe cause we were there at 7am

The resort appeared beautiful from the outside with a stunning pool but I was shocked with the quality of the rooms. We arrived late and slept on the most uncomfortable hard bed. There were also loud carts that passed by our patio all night. We requested to switch rooms the next day. At the front desk we explained the noisy night we had and the two ladies were just talking amongst themselves. I said “hello can you please listen to us”. It was very disrespectful. We got to our new room & the bed was comfier. We were told housekeeping would fix the bed. However, I was shocked that both rooms had no soap to wash our hands with. We had to use the shower gel they provided. We also thought it was odd how we went to the front desk to ask for water and they couldn’t just charge it to the room. They walked with us back up to the room to make sure we would pay.

Not a bad place to stay, clean room, staff at front desk is overwhelmed by so many guests, we we’re suppose to have breakfast buffet when we checked in but the next day we we’re told that it wasn’t included., we had to argue with front desk for about 40 minutes & they finally told us to go ahead go and eat for that day, then Hotels.com told me later after so many messages back & forth with hotel staff that our stay did not include breakfast..but when we checked in they said it was included so did my paperwork. Muay Thai gym is right next door so got a workout in but after bitter experience with hotel hotel staff being unprofessional I wouldn’t be staying at this place again.
