We spent 4 days at the resort and had a great experience. We received a friendly service from everyone. The front desk was incredibly nice & helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Thanks for sweet rambutans, We will be back soon. Would highly recommend this resort.

Stayed for the 2nd time from the previous time - improvements have been made. The new entrance road is better - the swimming pool has been improved, but the raft accommodation is on the water's edge. Notified that the TV signal is not good So I took out the TV (this one was worse). The Wi-Fi signal was strong, but the room I was staying in Far from the router, the signal comes in only 1 bar.

Ask to buy an additional breakfast coupon for the third person, but the staff tells you the coupon price plus an extra bed, even though the room booked has a triple bed. Causing the third to not have breakfast

The room is lacking maintenance. Stay in a villa zone in a dark forest. On the side is an abandoned building that has been smashed. Like a haunted house The location in the picture is different from the real one by Sincheng. Room condition is very worn. Mosquitoes and bugs hover in the room. The condition of the bathroom is dirty, cannot stay, must check out immediately after arrival. Find another place to stay The accommodation fee was not refunded.

Location of accommodation in gg map is not straight, leads to the forest, unable to contact the hotel. Call all numbers, no one to answer Who is going to rest, must study the route + call the hotel before the date. Because to call back very late, if lost like us, is frustrated x10000000 and the housekeeper is very bad, opening the wrong room in the morning we are sleeping Suddenly there was a sound of clipping the room. The room lacked care, drains, drain lines, tons of ants running out of the bathtub for the whole family. Some villas have a pool. Some rooms are in a dark, overgrown forest. Large swimming pool, strong chlorine smell A lot of hotel area but nothing but going to sleep There is a shuttle to the room. Good service.

Overall is not bad but seemed like lacking of good taking care of place. This place looked old and unoccupied much guests. Buildings and bungalows were old from outside, inside not bad, including water pool with lot of bird poops. Floating houses also looked old. I believed this place used to be huge and luxury before, maybe 5-10 years ago. It needs to renovate to back to standard!! I could feel that they opened because of long weekend but on daily basis, just few guests going there. Anyway, catering area, in the morning, was good with variety of food!
