The bedroom has too few pillows, should have 4. The front of the room is covered with bird droppings, not cleaned, lots of dust. The hotel accepts tour groups. The restaurant does not serve other guests. There is no notification to guests who do not come with the tour. It is very bad. When accepting tours, there is no kitchen for other guests.

Everything seemed fine, but I felt bad when we were about to check out. The receptionist didn't remember saying that we hadn't paid for the extra bed at the hotel yet. We were very confused even though we had already paid for the extra bed. The additional cost of the child's food was already paid when checking in and paid in cash. We had to talk for a long time before she realized it, which made us feel totally lost.

Staying was OK. Most Thais stay in this hotel. Good big buffet breakfast. The staff was not very enthusiastic and caring. The room is old a bit and normal. Next time I may choose a bungalow to try.

The room was not ready. The wifi in the room doesn't work. The phone in the room is not working. I can't watch the TV sitting down The curtain rod fell on it. Call the staff without a word of apology. Arrive and see and move the room at 10 o'clock. Very bad. Not recommended. Good location but bad service The old room is not recommended to stay. Escape!!!
