The room was clean and big, there was a king bed, table to eat at with two chairs and a couch coffee table, it’s an older property but still in good shape but it’s the staff that stands out…. They are awesome and there’s a free Tuk Tuk to get you closer to the action. All in all a great spot with a fantastic view of I giant park with walking and jogging trails not to mention a huge sports center, ILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

The hotel location was central for my needs; offering balance of night life and shopping. Point to not it is located near a pond that appears to be stagnant and does give off a slight smell but after a while you do not notice it.

When I arrived, I was taken to a secondary building that is not shown in any of the photos! The room had ants, toilet paper shoved in the peep hole of the door, and over all didn’t give the appearance of cleanliness. I phoned the front desk and the gentleman who helped with my bags showed me two other rooms in same building. None were sufficient so I went to the front desk and asked for a room in the main building. They showed me a room they could put me in until a new room opened up, this one only had twin beds. I was only staying for 3 days and this would have been a fourth move. I ultimately checked out as the accommodations were not up to standards. With that being said, the entire staff was friendly and did their best, but ultimately this building is old and needs to be downgraded to a 1 star.

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Service, and Location This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. We booked a superior room, but what we received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The room was extremely old, dirty and small. There was dust everywhere, sticky stains on the walls, dirty bedding, shelves and the blinds were both dirty and broken and used shower products left from previous guests. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and I honestly haven’t slept in such a disgusting room before. To make matters worse, the room was not even located in the main hotel building, but at the back of a different building, which was never clearly communicated during booking. The location was also very unpleasant. The hotel is situated on a street with a lot of prostitution, which made the area feel uncomfortable, especially at night. The reception staff were not helpful at all and had very poor English, making it difficult to communicate our concerns. Despite complaining, nothing other than a bedding change was done to accommodate us or move us to another room until the last day of our stay, which is far too late and shows a complete lack of customer care. Overall, poor cleanliness, misleading room descriptions, an uncomfortable location, and very poor service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

the staff were great but the room was way out dated and to see the room next to mine was a one bed apartment which looked nicer and from a working away point of view was better with a separate bedroom for sleeping and stuff but never offered the room at check in oh and the gym is a laugh it looked like a bomb had hit it and i cleaned it up and then the bomb hit again plus some one had puked in the pool so i went home better than there

Ill keep it simple Ive stayed here alot Room : Clean tidy large Aircon : Good Shower : Adequate Pool : Good size clean and towels supplied can order beer and food to be delivered to pool Gym : No sure dont gym. Location : Bottom of Soi 4 nice and quiet easy walk to large park with excellent facilities 5 min walk to 711 7 min walk to laundy . Has tuk tuk which only goes up down street handy. Good bars 15 min walk side walks are terrible jad to travel with a few beers . Security: Good Staff : Excellent Resturant: Good Value : Very good Enjoy Simo

At very end of soi 4 next to an amazing park. The Hotel has a free Tuk-tuk shuttle to take you to bars/restaurants on 4. or just few minutes walk. Hotel is dated and can use a sprucing up. However accommodations are very reasonably priced. rooms are very clean with no bugs. Quiet at that end of road as well. Pool is decent as well. Has a basic breakfast which gets you started. most of the restaurant area is closed off so most people eat lunches and dinners elsewhere. Restaurant next door is wonderful. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. my only negative comment is with a empty restaurant myself and 3 others were asked to leave when they showed up with a birthday cake for me. A valet worker wasn't happy that I kept a car there for 2 days. when you are allowed to and also had spoken to front desk about it.

Had an amazing time at the Nanatai Suites. Their staff are all so friendly and are quick to assist whenever needed. The rooms are quite spacious and I love that there is a park just a few feet away that was great for my morning runs. Would definitely stay again!

The pictures used were obviously taken some time ago. It is tired. Tiles are missing from the swimming pool. Service from the lovely Thai ladies was as perfect as ever. Well placed hotel for quite, access to night life, city park and rail.

Ive sayed here a few times . Not the most modern property but price and facilities are there . Pool good size and stays nice and cool during the day Gym old but has everything you need Pool table next to pool Food and drink can be ordered for pool area and brought out at a good price ( always found food good ) Location of hotel good if your wanting to head to party areas Soi 4 Soi 11 and with Hotel Tuk Tuk easy to get to BTS NANA station. Night time hotell nice and quiet with it backing on to great park ( Good walking tracks ) You are close to 711 aswell as some local shops and bars . Staff always been good no matter what time of night And good value for money.
