The staffs are more friendly than last time. Overall the room and location are worth the price, but you have to book in advance so it won't be too expensive. The location is not far from the BTS, so it's convenient to travel.

Got a room on the 2nd floor next to the road, stayed for 2 nights. The noise from cars passing by was understandable. But in front of the hotel, right at the entrance of the hotel, there was a table. On the night I stayed, someone came and talked very loudly there at 4 am. It lasted so long that I woke up with a start. And the room opposite was Chinese. The noise was loud at midnight and around 4-5 am both nights. No one did anything about it. It was so bad.

Very bad, not as advertised. In the morning, I went to check in and there were no staff waiting to check in. I called and called, but no one came out. After checking in, the room was very bad, old and dirty. When I was about to check out, I stood and waited, called and called, but no one answered. There were no staff at the counter. There is no security at all. People can come in and out at the hotel door all the time, and there are no staff at the counter. There was only one staff member and he wasn't even there. Overall, the service is very, very bad.

The staff spoke well. The room looked good and was worth the price. However, the room had a musty or cigarette smell. The curtains were dirty. Overall, it was okay. I will go back and use the service again.

We booked 5 nights. Firstly, the young receptionist girl is not really welcome (I mean not common with Thai hospitality), she just gives us the room key without saying anything. On the 1st night the air conditioner is not cool in the 2nd fl room, after they check they finally give us another room key and then we move to another room in 4th fl in the middle of night. They do not clean up the room or change bedsheets, unless only one day we put paper on the door handle to clean up the door, only that day. Drinking Water is not always provided everyday too, maybe just 3 or 5 days. We really hope the service is not as bad as the reviews on the internet, But that is the truth. Bathroom is smelly too, the laundry room in front of the elevator is always open, I mean it shows the messy thing, you should cover it, closing that door is not a hard thing to do, but they don't. Location is not that far from BTS, you better choose the big road (Witthayu Road) than the small road, with more crowd and just walk straight. The problem is there are no food stalls or small restaurants around, only 1 kebab store, Seven eleven in opposite road while you get down from BTS, better buy anything before going back to the hotel. That's it, However the price is cheap while we book this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I've been in Bangkok. Extremely dirty, unusable wifi, room was not cleaned, AC not working, far from main street, quite expensive for the value offered. At least staff is nice. Avoid this hotel at all.

The hotel is very cheap and it has all the traveler basic needs. With the cost of capsule hostel, you can get private bathroom. Recommended for solo traveller who only need bed and privacy.
