Very bad hotel booking. I informed via Traveloka that I wanted 2 beds and called to confirm with the counter since May 8. When I actually checked in on May 14, they gave me a single bed and spoke badly that it depends on the hotel's readiness. The hotel is in a place with a lot of rooms booked, but with ethics, they should inform me back. Don't think of doing whatever you want with customers who have already paid. In the end, they will arrange an extra bed but have to pay more. I feel very bad in the situation I encountered. It's like taking advantage. Then why do you have to make a reservation in advance? I'm very confused about the hotel's management. It's a problem with the guests' feelings. The person who answered the phone only made excuses. Very bad.

The room on the 3rd floor smelled of cigarette smoke from the moment I got out of the elevator, so I had to ask to move. I got to the 4th floor, and there was still a slight smell, but not too much.

Just 1 night is enough because you are actually looking in the same direction as Don Muang Airport. The hotel room is clean, even though it looks like an old hotel. The hotel staff are friendly. We are really helped by having an Indonesian friendly ATM for cash withdrawals with affordable fees. The downside of this hotel is that it's far from everywhere, the road from BTS is really far🥲the breakfast isn't Moeslim friendly, there's a pork menu, and one more thing, it's really mandatory if you go to Thailand to spare 1000 bath (really mandatory) for the hotel deposit. Before I checked out the hotel in the application, there was a statement that no deposit was required. But the hotel staff will definitely ask for it directly when we check in.

Entering the hotel found that the bathroom was not cleaned, the toilet had a lot of rubbish, very dirty, no bathroom amenities. And informed the Front staff named Chitrapa saying that the customer has to check the room by himself and if it is not, will change the room to argue. Floated the head and gave him a pleasure to inform the hotel manager My husband usually stays here very often. But will not ask to stay again Very bad feeling
