Beautiful house, very clean, all kitchen appliances included. The bed is very clean, very beautiful, the swimming pool is beautiful and very clean. I recommend it, you won't be disappointed, but it is about 5 km from the Hua Hin sea. If you have a personal car, it is very convenient. There is parking for up to 4 cars.
