It's our second time staying in this hotel. The hotel was close to Ao Nang Beach and many restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had so many options. We'll make sure to stay in this hotel again when we go back to Aonang :) Thank you Panan Krabi Hotel!

The hotel is very good. The swimming pool is beautiful. There are two pools. The view of the pool above is also beautiful. The room is good, spacious, comfortable, lots of plugs in every corner of the room. Very impressed. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back. I love it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panan Krabi Resort! We stayed in a family suite for 4 nights. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable to relax in after a long morning on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the shower hot and powerful! The aircon was powerful and the room also had a fan which helped circulate the cool air. The resort was only 5 minutes walk from the beach/the boats to various islands which was super convenient for us. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially the tourist information desk, who helped us book a private longtail boat tour of Ko Hong Island and two others (with Krabi Teerapong Tour). Breakfast was included and was very enjoyable - there was a wide variety of choice, including freshly made eggs, Thai soup, noodles and donuts. There was also a choice of fresh juice, fruit that meant we could have something different every day. The only downside to our stay was the number of Israelis staying at the resort. Other than that, we definitely would recommend staying at Panan Krabi Resort. Our favourite place for food was KoDam Kitchen, where we went three days in a row! We also enjoyed South Indian food at Madras Cafe.

Great stay overall but not everything was perfect. Pros: - big room with an amazing view. - nice and comfortable beds. - clean and housekeeping did a great job. - amazing huge pool. - staff were super friendly and helpful. - location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel. - perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool. - breakfast and a la carte were very good. Cons: - AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it. - due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud. While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was very friendly and the grounds were immaculate. The hotel was really close to everything. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool area was nice although we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. It was not that great. But for $6 USD it was less than eating at McDonald’s. The cliff view room was really a view of an empty lot (but our room was on the 1st floor). We really enjoyed our deck.

Our stay at Panan Krabi Resort was disappointing. Housekeeping was unreliable — even after requesting cleaning several times, no one came until 5 PM, and the room was left partially cleaned with used rags and no fresh towels. There was loud construction happening at the pool every day, and we were never informed about it beforehand. When we asked the resort about it, they offered no compensation or solutions. On top of that, the pool isn’t heated and was too cold to use. For what we paid, this resort did not deliver. I would recommend staying elsewhere in Ao Nang.

Overall disappointing. Great breakfast and rooftop pool and view, those were best part. Main pool is nice but is in the shade most of the day so water feels cold if sun is not out. Rooms are average at best. Booked a room with private whirlpool which was not heated and in shade much of day, so again if not sunny, it feels cold. Bathrooms off the lobby were very dirty all the time and not maintained well. I have spent last 2 months traveling throughout 7 countries in Asia. This was the most expensive hotel room of the trip... and the worst. Staff was very nice but I would not stay again.

Despite arriving at the hotel on time, we had to wait over two hours for our room to be allocated, which was quite disappointing, especially as we were traveling with small kids and were already exhausted after a long flight and a journey from Phuket to Krabi. The waiting experience in the lobby was frustrating. That said, once settled in, the stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, the pool area was great, and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained.

Room clean and comfortable and in a very quiet neighbourhood in the Old Town. Would recommend a lower level room for seniors as two flights of stairs and no elevator is taxing. Breakfast adequate. Restaurants are walkable.Staff very friendly and helpful.
