The Park Plaza was very lovely. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is great, as there is easy access to the trains and plenty of eating establishments within walking distance. The “city view” was lackluster as the only view we had was the construction workers who were working on the building next door napping on the roof. Not the Park Plazas fault. The pool was clean and refreshing for a quick dip. Breakfast was quite good with made to order eggs and an abundant selection.

Stayed for total 5 days and 4 night. Very clean and comfortable hotel and the location was great! Walking distance to Terminal 21 and accessible. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful to us during our stay! Will def stay here again when I’m back in Bangkok!

Hotel was good but did not receive the epedia vip perks, no room upgrade, when i asked about the free drink promised as a vip i was told that if we booked through raddison we would have received it, because we booked through expedia we would not receive it. It made no sense to me but i was not going to argue ove a drink.

The staff are amazing, the rooms are good except the handheld shower did not work. The breakfast is fine but it’s difficult to pick up the breakfast items as they are so small. The egg counter is great. Great handy location with an excellent and cheap restaurant 2 buildings away.

Before booking this hotel, I was influenced by the hotel's claims that it exceeds guests' expectations. Further enhancing our expectations, before arriving, I received an email from the hotel which, in part, stated: "Your reservation number 8382061 is confirmed, marking the beginning of your unforgettable experience with us. Whether you're here for business or leisure, we're dedicated to making your time with us truly exceptional." Examples of where our REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS WERE NOT MET Include: (a) The breakfast buffet has limited choices of hot dishes, especially fresh fruit, and does not resemble the buffet breakfast images on the hotel's website. Additionally, images of the hotel's breakfast on the Expedia website bear no resemblance to what we experienced. (b) The water temperature of the shower often fluctuates, requiring frequent adjustment. (c) When showering, the shower gel washes onto the floor and the floor tiles become very slippery. However, a rubber non-slip mat for the shower floor is not supplied. (d) There are no bath robes in the room. (e) The "tissues" consist of a pile of small crepe paper sheets, rather than traditional soft tissues. (f) The dental kit displayed on the hotel's website is not provided in the room. (g) The shaving kit displayed on the hotel's website is not provided in the room. (h) A notepad and pencil are not provided in the room. (i) An umbrella is not provided in the room. The hotel's imagery and claims are complete BS.

Disappointing stay — not VIP standard at all Booked under their so-called VIP access, but there was absolutely nothing “VIP” about the experience. Service and standards barely even match a 3-star property. The hotel is inconvenient for wheelchair users and lacks proper accessibility. Check-in was slow and chaotic, handled by rude and indifferent front desk staff. No basic welcome or information was provided (e.g. Wi-Fi, breakfast directions), and when asked later, we were met with sarcastic remarks like “Why didn’t you ask earlier?” — especially from a female staff member in a coat with long hair whose attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome. Cleanliness was below standard: bathroom tiles looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in ages, towels were torn and worn, and overall hygiene was poor. Guests are expected to run around themselves just to get basic items like toothbrushes or even a plastic chair — everything is self-service, with zero initiative from staff even when they know you have mobility needs. Check-out was just as inefficient — you’ll be made to stand awkwardly at the counter while housekeeping “inspects” your room before they let you leave. To be fair, their doorman and male staff members were the only ones who treated guests with genuine respect and helped to compensate for the shortcomings of the rest of the team. No perks, no warmth, and certainly no VIP treatment. For the price charged, this was a very disappointing stay. If you expect courtesy stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Quiet street, but a bit of a walk to Asok BTS station. Free Tuk Tuk shuttle to Sukhumvit Road is available. Wonderful concierge even shuttled us and our heavy bags to our nearby hotel nearby.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is great. The property is showing its age a little in terms of decor, and water bottles weren’t replenished daily — you need to ask.
