Patong Pearl Resortel

We felt that the staffs could be more friendly. Our car got hit in the hotel’s parking and we asked if we could check out the CCTV. At first they said the cctv was broken, but we saw that the light was on. Finally they decided to let us have a look at it but it took so long and we had to wait for the manager. So we weren’t satisfied at all. :(

The room is very spacious, the price is not expensive, but the blanket is very smelly. The pillows are old. The TV signal is bad, stuck and the wifi is very bad.

Friendly staff and very near to Patong beach. Around 5 min walking :)

The hotel is close to Patong Beach, and around the hotel there are so many eating places and there are also 7Eleven

Strategic location, friendly staff, have halal breakfast for muslim. Have 7E on the left & family mart on the right. Easy to find taxi. Near the beach about 10minutes walking. Recommended.

This hotel is very near to the beach. Easy to food with family mart next to it. The staff are very friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. Not so many choices for breakfast buffet but the food is delicious. I enjoyed my stay here. Would probably come back here.

Location was strategic, cleanliness was so so.

The room is very ok. But the receptionist is not quite ok. Reserve a family room but bring another room. Claiming that the family room is full. Which we have already reserved in advance

Location good but AC was terrible in the summer time it not cool enough

Receptionist didn't attend us properly. We waited her to attend us for our check in while she was busy in phone (quite long one). Making people to wait long for check in is not a very good thing. I got trouble while check-in. But the hotel location is great. Comfortably in walking distance to the Patong beach. The beach is nice. And the walking street is also nearby and many eating places and massage centers. Breakfast was decent. Travel packages can be bought from the reception area. Hotel room was nice and clean.

Lovely place I would visit again

Great location. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Room design is old school kind with a long bath. Mattress is a bit hard. You can forget about the small pool and just go to the beach. There is one new trainee took 15 mins for our very straight forward check-in. Would only consider coming back if the room rate is low.

I stayed there 4 nights with standard room but they upgraded it because not available atm, with no additional charge. Thanks for that. The location is near the Patong Beach so you just walk less 5 minutes to the beach, and about 10 minutes to Bangla walking street. Good enough. The food is nice, especially the pad thai. I just don’t like the flavored mineral water inside the room. One bad day there was no water came out even in the bathroom nor toilet at the lobby. Don't why until I notified them and 30 mins after its on. Overall thanks.

The best hotel ever, me and my husband book this hotel yearly. I adore the stuff there and the food is magnificent. The room is so clean and comfortable, can't wait to go back again.
