Rooms that do not match the booking documents, reserve a single bed Can be a double bed, both booked in advance, almost 3 months in advance, claiming that the room has tons of water problems Both before staying There is a call to confirm the stay with the hotel for about 1 week. Not likely to do with customers like this. Should be informed first, should be better That there is no single bed on the day of stay Will have to cancel to stay elsewhere (enter the accommodation on 14-4-62, almost 2 o'clock should lock the room for customers Unlikely to change the room Probably thought that it didn't come, customers already paid Come to stay or cancel, it is the customer's right Should not act with customers, so sorry.
