Brand new hotel with parts still undergoing construction. It has a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room for additional cost. Rooms were new and spacious with cable TV and big comfy bed. Tea and coffee on tap and really good Wi-Fi. Bad bits..Difficult location without sat nav and night staff only spoke Thai. Negotiations had to be done over the phone with English speaking owner.

Went in to check in. The staff didn't care because they talked to each other. But will order the food at that time Check-in late, check the room again, even though the call came to reconfigure whether to stay. The room is very noisy because it's a boxing camp. Sandbag kick Singing voice The voice is very loud. The room does not store sound at all. The entrance is narrow. In a small and deep alley No car is difficult Good only with parking. *** Not really impressed. Not impressed. Since entering, the staff is not welcome. Don't go to rest again

Upon check-in, a 1000 baht deposit is required. The room is ok, like having a separate toilet. With urinating men. Everything is ok, but the only thing is that the road is so deep.
