The view was stunning, we sat on the balcony every morning enjoying our coffee and taking it in.
The hotel has a perfect location at the end of the beach, close to everything, but with a touch of privacy.
The bar is great and we loved the vibe, we had drinks relaxing, while watching the suset.
We loved it and will return to Green House!

My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well, this place was excellent value for the price, what really sells the place is the room’s view!!! Phi Phi Green House was a lovely stay waking up to our terrace on the beach. Staff were brilliant and really welcoming. Tommy’s were clean proper value for money. Breakfast was good and was close to local shops

I randomly picked this Hotel to stay in Ko Phi Phi. The room was okay with the usual facilities that would be classed as a 3 star hotel, air con works well etc. One of the best things is the balcony view from my hotel to see the sunset, the beach parties were close by, wow

Note: if you're into loud noises then stay, if not don't.
The hotel fails in letting the guests know that after the clubs finish at 1am they invite the club guests to continue an after party on the rooftop which is right above your ceiling.
The hotel was friendly, professional and understanding and gave us a refund.
Recommended if you're into loud noises until at least 4:30-5am.

Beautiful views over the bay and friendly staff.
It gets really noisy on the beach at night, which is obviously not the hotel's problem. But balcony doors are not isolated well (even having big gaps to let noise and mosquitos in), so that can be improved.
Bathroom smell is quite bad and they try fix it with little fragrance bags, but it's not really working.

Nice hotel right on the beach front with a balcony and sea view. The noise levels were intense at night due to the late night beach parties which were running until 2AM every night so if you’re a light sleeper this will not be for you. The room was nice and clean with daily housekeeping. However the sliding balcony doors did not lock properly. This is a security issue which needs to be addressed.

Have a wall as a view. Highly recommend. If can’t slee with noise at night then don’t as he was quite noisy but doesn’t bother me. The location is also right on the beach!

Overall, hotel room wasn't very clean - stained bed sheets, towels etc. Large cockroach in room upon arrival; variety of flies and mosquitoes in bathroom. Bad sewer smell from bathroom also which infiltrated into the room. Staff weren't very pleasant. Very itchy after first night and had to sleep on top of covers because of fear of bed bugs. Location was loud but to be expected with beach parties close by etc. In conclusion would not book again. Even though cheap, expect more value for money and a comfortable nights stay.

The room served its purpose and had an amazing view of the ocean, you could walk out and be on the beach, very convenient to the local shops, bars and restaurants. It’s very simple, but clean. The staff is very friendly.

I booked a sea view room and they gave me a backward room. They told me that room is available next day for extra fee. Over night is very noisy you can't sleep at all, you can hear all the music from all the beach clubs. I had to sleep with earplugs on. And over the day another building in work stopping all the light of my window, when I went to the balcony was 5cm to the new building, obstructing everything. I don't know what low allows them to build like that. Overall it's not a good place to stay.

Koh Phi Phi has a lot of pricey accommodations and you don't get much in return. At this hotel you get what you pay for. A clean room, close to the beach and a great breakfast. The breakfast area is situated just off the water and makes for a nice calm morning coffee and meal. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My card wallet was stolen from the room safe within 6 hours of my checking in. I believe there are staff involved in a card cloning scam. Only a member of staff could have entered my locker room and then opened the safe, removed the cards, and locked the safe. I was only out for a short time and returned for one of my cards. They were gone. They had not had enough time to return then to the safe.
This is a well known scam. Ironically there is a sign on the wardrobe containing the safe telling guests to put their valuables in the safe.
My advice...avoid this hotel like the plague. For anyone who has stayed here before...check your card statements.
