The staff are great, the cafe is really good, the room we were given was visually clean but the bathroom had a constant sewer smell from the shower drain, there were also some small ants that make their way everywhere. It was manageable, but unfortunately they also have a rooster that calls in the mornings, sometimes for many hours. If you are a light sleeper then maybe not the place. The mattress is also hard. The pool is clean, but warm. The food is great and the staff are lovely.

The food and staff are great. The room we were given was almost without windows, the bathroom always had a strong smell from below (toilet waste smells) and they have a rooster that makes noise from 5 or 6am for many hours. And a others have also written, there are ants in the bed.

The facility is not worth the price of 1,500 per night. No basic amenities, i.e. hair dryer, coffee maker. Service is not impressive at all, the room was not prepared for our arrival. I stayed on the second floor with no lamp/lights on the stairways, and when I informed the front desk, she said nothing can be done the next morning, what a service. Breakfast is included. But coffee from coffee makers were terrible, water was cold and almost no coffee, whether you press espresso, cappuccino and etc, it came out the same. I came down for breakfast at 9:00 am, there were no refill I stayed at other hotels, cheaper price on my seven day trip to The South from 30 November - 6 December. This is the worst and not worth the price,

The picture on the back is a row house which will be a new room. But on the real day, get a room next to Robbie. Which is a small old room with musty smell, both the bedroom and bathroom, air conditioner, noisy, hot water broken The door of the room had no bolts or chain inside. The atmosphere of the hotel is shady and good. Having been to many times, I was impressed to get a better room as I couldn't book directly via the app.

This hotel is so bad that I decided to post it. I stayed in a standard room. There is no hot water in the first room. There is no TV. There is no hot water in the second room. In the third room, the first dako hot water came out, but soon no hot water came out. I was tired of requesting a room change, so I slept as it was. It is better not to stay at this hotel as the equipment has not been maintained and confirmed.
