Very impressed. The room is clean, the staff is good, the price is cheap, the atmosphere around the hotel is good, and I like this place because every area is an art space. There is also an art exhibition zone and a cafe. (The only disadvantage is that there is only a small parking lot.) But that doesn't make us feel bad. 10 out of 10, no deductions. Recommended!!!

The rooms began to deteriorate. If compared to where I stayed last May, the bathroom showered and water splashed into the dry area. Makes you have to be careful when walking through wet areas. The staff are lovely and smiling. The cafe in the hotel area is great.

ผมขับรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจากกรุงเทพฯมาพักที่โรงแรม Porestva ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ศรีราชาหรือบางพระของ จ.ชลบุรี เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 16 กันยายน 2566 เพื่อจะใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวมางานวิ่งบางแสน ระยะวิ่ง 10 กิโลเมตร ในเช้ามืดของวันรุ่งขึ้น และจะได้นำรถยนต์ส่วนตัวที่ขับมาจากกรุงเทพฯ มาขับออกจากโรงแรมตอนตี 2 เพื่อไปให้ถึงที่จอดรถบริเวณงานวิ่งบางแสนในตอนตี 3 ของวันที่ 17 กันยายน 2566 แต่เมื่อถึงเวลาที่ผมจะขับรถยนต์ส่วนตัวของตัวเองออกจากโรงแรมตอนตี 2 กว่า ๆ ของวันที่ 17 กันยายน 2566 ดังกล่าว ก็ไม่สามารถนำรถยนต์ออกจากโรงแรมได้ เนื่องจากมีรถยนต์ของลูกค้าโรงแรมรายอื่น จอดปิดบังทางเข้าออกที่รถยนต์ของผมจอดอยู่ ทำให้ผมรู้สึกผิดหวังกับการจัดการเรื่องที่จอดรถยนต์ของโรงแรม ที่โดยปกติแล้วโรงแรมไม่ว่าที่ใด ต้องจัดการที่จอดรถให้ลูกค้าทุกคนของโรงแรมสามารถเอารถเข้าออกได้ตลอดเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง ผมต้องแก้ปัญหาซึ่งหน้า โดยการติดต่อจองรถ Grab เพื่อเดินทางไปงานวิ่งบางแสน โดยเสียเงินค่า Grab ขาเดินทางไปงานวิ่ง เป็นเงิน 151 บาท และเสียเงินค่า Grab ขาเดินทางกลับมาที่โรงแรม อีกเป็นเงิน 150 บาท รวมค่าเดินทางไปกลับด้วย Grab เป็นเงิน 301 บาท ซึ่งเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายที่ผมไม่ควรต้องเสียเลย เพราะผมอุตส่าห์ขับรถยนต์ส่วนตัวมาจากกรุงเทพฯ เพื่อมาใช้เดินทางมาที่งานวิ่งงานนี้ นอกเหนือจากค่าใช้จ่ายค่า Grab แล้ว ผมยังต้องสูญเส่ียความสะดวก ที่ไม่ได้ใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวที่จะได้นำไปใช้เดินทางไปงานวิ่ง เช่น หากผมได้ใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวขับไปถึงงานวิ่งตอนตี 4 ผมก็มีเวลานอนพักเตรียมแรงในรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ น้ำ ขนม ในรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และเสื้อผ้าที่ใช้เปลี่ยนหลังวิ่งเสร็จ เพื่อที่เวลาวิ่งเสร็จ เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าใหม่แล้ว จะได้กลับมาเดินกินอาหาร ชมวิวชายหาดบางแสน แบบสบายตัว เป็นต้น ผมเชื่อว่าทางโรงแรมคงไม่แก้ปัญหานี้ ทั้ง ๆ ที่งานวิ่งบางแสน จัดมาแล้ว 7 ครั้ง ต้องมีลูกค้าโรงแรมที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อนเช่นผม แต่ทางโรงแรมคงไม่ใส่ใจที่จะมีความรับผิดชอบต่อลูกค้าที่เจอเหตุการณ์แบบผมแน่นอน ไม่เช่นนั้น ผมคงไม่เจอปัญหาเช่นนี้กับทางโรงแรม หากใครจะมาโรงแรมนี้ ต้องชิงไหวชิงพริบหาที่จอดรถดี ๆ ที่ใช้สามารถเข้าออกได้ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งที่จอดรถแบบเข้าออกได้ตลอดเวลาแบบนี้มีจำกัด ไม่เพียงพอสำหรับลูกค้าโรงแรมทุกคน กรณีผมที่ขับรถมาถึงโรงแรมในวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2566 แล้วเจอที่จอดรถแบบนี้ถูกจอดเต็มพิกัดแล้ว ในคราวต่อไปถ้าเจอเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้อีก ก็คงต้องจอดแช่รถรอ จนกว่าจะมีรถคันอื่นที่ได้ที่จอดแบบเข้าออกตลอดเวลาได้ขับออกจากจุด ต้องใช้ความพยายามแบบตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน และพึ่งการบริหารจัดการที่จอดรถของโรงแรมไม่ได้ จ่ายตังค์ค่าห้องที่พัก คืนละ 1,125 บาท ไม่พอ ยังต้องหาทางเอาตัวรอดหาที่จอดรถแบบเข้าออกได้ตลอดเวลาด้วยตัวเองอีก แม้ทางโรงแรมจะได้บอกยอมรับผิดและกล่าวของโทษในเรื่องนี้แล้ว แต่ผมไม่ได้รับการเยียวยาจากค่า Grab รวมเป็นเงิน 301 บาท และไม่ได้รับความสะดวกต่าง ๆ หากผมได้ขับรถยนต์ส่วนตัวไปจอดที่บริเวณงานวิ่งบางแสนได้ดังที่กล่าวแล้วข้างต้น จึงจำเป็นต้องขอให้ความเห็นและแจ้งข้อเท็จจริงส่วนนี้ไว้ให้ลูกค้ารายอื่น ๆ ได้รับทราบ เพื่อเลี่ยงไม่ให้เจอปัญหาแบบเดียวกับผม เสียตังค์ค่าโรงแรมไม่พอ ยังต้องมาเสียความรู้สึกอีก เอารถมาจากกรุงเทพเป็นร้อยกิโลเมตร ถึงเวลาจะได้ใช้ขับไปงานวิ่ง กลับไม่ได้ใช้ ขอตำหนิโรงแรมจริง ๆ ครับ

Come to wait at the table for 10 minutes, the staff is not clear to sit. not accepting guests It's like waking up early to ask for free hotel food! In spite of having paid for the reservation, I was bored early in the morning. I want to say that Mr. KWAN, if not ready for service Don't do this job. Improve it. At MUGUET, manage the bad breakfast zone and table cloths. It's good to wash some. Very stinky.
