Pranaluxe Pool Villa

The hotel has less housekeeper. And there is no TV in Bedroom. The swimming pool of pool villa has not much clean.

The premise itself needs to be torn down as it is very old and unpleasant. I hated the towels because they were old, dirty, and full of stains. There were no beach towels at the pool side or in the house. Front desk closes at 5:30pm. They only provided 2 bicycles per house and their brakes were questionable. And the bikes had no baby seats. The house is big enough for 9 to 10 people and yet their supplies (e.g., each bathroom is provided with only one roll of toilet paper) were only good for 6. The kitchen was awful. Dishes were greasy. The stove was dirty and old and its switches felt like almost falling off. Water pressure was a joke as we needed to take turns to take a shower. Most of the times, there was not enough hot water. There were only 2 lounge chairs at the poolside and they were dirty.

酒店網站做得好靚，我地以為是一間不錯的酒店。但周圍配套根本未完善。 大池維修緊,我地私人泳池的水是酸仲要係個池好細。 Having a beautiful website, we thought that it is a good hotel. Yet, it is a not done hotel. Public pool is repairing while the private pool is too small and the water is sour. 離華欣係三十分鐘車程，無餐廳所以無早餐。外面的餐廳要十五分鐘腳程，味道一般啦。 Far away from hua hin, about 30 mins driving distance. You need to walk 15 mins to go to nearby restaurant and the taste is just fair. 房間裝修同喺海邊都是不錯的。但我不會建議大家近期去住，至少要等酒店大池整好同配套加強。 Near the beach and good renovation are the good selling points. But I won't recommend you to stay there. At least not now until they have better facilities and the public pool can be used.
