This hotel just took over from another owner which is not Pullman hotel standard. Still on going refurbishment which you still can see at the front part of the hotel. All the staffs are super friendly and really helpful. They are working so hard to lift up the service. The room we booked was 1 bed and 2 bunk beds. The room was really smelly. Less staffs were working on that day and have a lots of large group booking.

Relaxing at Pullman G Located near the center of city and having a beachfront view Looking as an old-style hotel but crowded with foreigners Quick check-in and out but getting free upgrade with friendly staffs The room is clean and wide but has some strange smell The pool has many space and depth; suit for swimming and exercise The breakfast has many assortment of menus and good taste

The room smelled like cigarette smoke/the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.

. The hotel has private beach which is a plus point as I travel with 2 kids. It has 2 pools close by, make us easier to monitor the kids. Breakfast is alright with enough variety. Staffs were helpful as well.

When I got into the room, the windows are left opened so it was so dusty in the room. There was some kind of leftovers from food or snack or maybe animal droppings remaining on the floor. The towel smells musty. Moreover the water is full of rust odor. All of these should be improved as you are the 4 to 5 stars hotel.

I went there after the first-day opening due to Covid-19. It's been a long waiting period of registration. So many queues that made me quite annoyed but the hotel's staffs are nice and have welcomed-smile. The whole stay is okay.
