The hotel is very beautiful, beautiful since the lobby. Wide interior space Lovely staff, good service, comfortable bedroom Bed is very wide The breakfast is varied and tastes good. If you go back to Phuket again Will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful getaway, every staff we encountered provided service with a smile. We get great access to the beach and views of the Andaman Sea. The room was huge and well appointed, and the bathtub was great to soak in at the end of the long day. The only wrinkle was the shower water tends to leak out to the vanity area but that's a minor inconvenience. Oh and we had a visit from the resident toad and moth in our room which isnt unexpected consiering the property's proximity to nature.

Great location on the beach and not far from the airport (20 minutes). Main dining restaurant under renovation but have alternate breakfast and lunch location. Hotel staff seem busy at times.

We’ve stayed at 6 different hotels this trip and this was by far the best! The service was amazing! All the staff were so friendly, happy and helpful! The food was excellent! Breakfast again the best! The room was clean, spacious and modern! We didn’t have the best view (a car park) but that didn’t bother us. The beach below is gorgeous but there is a stream running into by the hotel that looks mucky…..
The hotel is full of steps and hills but there are cool little cars to take you to your room. Also, a ride to the beach available if you don’t fancy the steps. The only thing I’d say is that the pool (which was gorgeous) needs tidying up a bit. Lots of loose tiles. Also, the steps in the pool aren’t obvious. We would definitely visit again!

Nice room had some issues with broken water pipe
that cause brown water to flow in bathtub. For some reason the airconditioning at night caused the floor to get wet and all our hanging clothes to get moist. The tv although not often used had a constant in and out of reception, could be due to location.
Tile inside beautiful looking pool with gorgeous view was broken off in a lot of places that caused sharp edges while walking in the pool so tred lightly. The staff was friendly, but not many spoke English which caused confusion, even with Siri translation. All in all, we did enjoy our stay, but for the price we paid I would have expected less hiccups. This is Thailand and I’m not trying to judge this with western eyes, compared to other stays during our vacation, we must have just hit the wrong room. It was rather crowded at breakfast but the breakfast was very good!! Not sure if I’d book it again

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon is a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and pools. I especially enjoyed the food at their Italian restaurant. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Phuket, offering more of a wellness vibe rather than a party atmosphere. If you're looking for nightlife, this may not be the best location, as it's about a 30-minute to 1-hour drive to Old Town Phuket, Bangla Road, and the beach clubs.
That said, the location has its perks. The beach is right there, along with local restaurants, street vendors, and massage parlors. There's also an elephant sanctuary a short drive away, which is a nice experience.

Everything is exceptional .. decor, attention to detail and amazing dinner at one of my favourite Italian restaurant!! Classy and elegant but don’t charge for sunscreen guys that’s a big let down .. just have some communal pumps there where people can help themselves if they don’t want to go all the way back to their villa ..
