Booked a single bed but got a double bed. The staff said the room was full, but I already booked. What happened first? I'm so confused. The staff service was bad. This is the first and only time. What a waste of a star for this hotel. ☹️

The air conditioner in the room smells of cigarettes until it hurts my throat. Tell the housekeeper to come see. Said it was the smell of perfume. Then inject more perfume, which doesn't help. Try turning off the air conditioner, the smell disappears, so turn off the air conditioner, open the window to sleep. Good that it's raining and the weather is not hot.

โรงแรมเก่าแต่มีการปรับปรุงห้องให้ทันสมัย บริการดี แต่การเดินจากลิฟต์ไปที่ห้องค่อนข้างไกลไปหน่อย และถ้าจองหลายห้อง แต่เลือกเตียงคนละแบบ (เตียงคู่&เตียงเดี่ยว) ก็จะได้ห้องแบบแยกโซน และห่างกันค่อนข้างมาก แต่โดยรวมแล้วค่อนข้างพอใจกับโรงแรมนี้ค่ะ
